This.. is a very frivolous bug that I wouldn't spend too much time looking into, but if you follow a direct link to a comment in an article, and navigate to other pages of comments, sometimes the 'like' button is not present.

i.e.
https://www.gamingonlinux.com/2021/04/metro-exodus-from-4a-and-deep-silver-has-officially-released-for-linux/comment_id=201706 -- you can like comments on any page other than 2, 10, 18 and 19.

https://www.gamingonlinux.com/2021/04/metro-exodus-from-4a-and-deep-silver-has-officially-released-for-linux/comment_id=201801 -- you can like any comment on any page other than page 10.

Follow https://www.gamingonlinux.com/2021/04/metro-exodus-from-4a-and-deep-silver-has-officially-released-for-linux/comment_id=201547 -- you can't like comments on page 10, 18 and 19.

I can reproduce this on multiple browsers (qutebrowser & palemoon on
Linux, firefox on Android), multiple OSes (Linux and Android), and with and without adblock, so I think I've ruled out all but a backend bug.

This is fixed now, was a JavaScript error as when you switch page the linked comment ID is still in the URL so the quote hiding stuff was getting mixed up trying to find the linked comment that didn't exist on the page. Solved now, it will remove it. Additionally, it's been improved so that the current page will actually now be in the URL bar with our AJAX page loading :)
