I’m gutted. Bandcamp was the only place I could buy music without DRM and knowing that the artists were in control and getting most of the revenue. They say nothing will change, as always, but I don’t look forward to them invading user privacy and I sure don’t want to hand them any money.
It was already hard enough to get some artists to sell anywhere outside of Apple and Amazon, I don’t know where else to turn :sad:

i wonder if a new service similar to bandcamp will pop up or if valve will increase their music services and allow for indie music creators to sell on their platform much like indie game devs can, after all steam is just a giant media sharing platform of sorts.
