on dx9 compatibility up in my case***, however i think stay related to replace** d3d8.dll - d3d9.dll - d3d10core.dll* - d3d11.dll and dxgi.dll
*also duplicate d3d10core.dll and renamed as d3d10.dll will be usefull for some apps
**this replacement must be putted in respective folders aka 32bit libraries on windows/syswow64 and 64bit libraries on windows/system32
***since sometime will be needed in some cases put dxgi as native in winecfg but now solve various titles like this:
and dxgi as native is no more required in my case
this is a little test to show dxvk 2.4 on dx8 side

Testing some titles with this wine version, zombi have several issues related virtual memory (many suddenly crashes) and now since vulkan implement (VK_EXT_map_memory_placed) run ok with around 2 1/2 hours of gameplay without any suddenly crash
same situation occur with hard reset extended edition and now run without crashes in long gameplay test

curiously i think my vega 7 igpu (oc 2300mhz) must be have a bit more performance than steam deck igpu rdna 2 (1600mhz), thinking about frecuency
vega 7 renoir igpu

and on cpu also must be have a bit more performance (ryzen 5 4600 6c/12t 4300mhz in all cores) vs steam deck 4c/8t 2.4ghz frecuency base - turbo at 3500mhz

Quoting: JarmerOut of these, I've only played the Lego racing game. It's a perfect little game for the Deck! Runs well, and is very arcadey and fun which is great for short sessions. Definitely recommend. In my case test some time ago and runs very well (need some custom settings in my case)

In this wine version
Tested with staging 9.10 (avalaible on winehq today) as devs said silent hill 4 fix cinematics and works ok with d8vk
curiously this game use a huge vram (around 2.5gb) for old title and dont stay recording
