Ars Technica has a really great article on this, and one of the most interesting quotes (imo) is,
"As this evolution happens, it means that Linux will gain access to a full open source, high-performance driver stack, with the only constraint being that developers must use Vulkan instead of the older OpenGL."
Again, Vulkan. It's the way forward.

Quoting: tuubiYou mean it reminds you of Stardust and Super Stardust, the relatively popular space shooters from the nineties? Because that's what I thought of, especially when I saw that this one is also made by a Finnish developer.Ah of course! Is this a sequel then, one might wonder... Made by the same guys?

Is it possible to switch to third person perspective, or is it locket on isometric view?

One argument for this release could of course be that we Linux gamers don't have much else to choose from, as opposed to the console and Windows reviewers. But I still don't think we should support bad games just cause they are ported to us. Good games, yes, I buy'em even if they strictly speaking are not that aligned with my preferences. But bad games? Nope.

Quoting: TobiSGDThe game was released pretty buggy, crashing all the time. From what I have read it was fixed later with patches and now works fine. This might explain the low score. It's one element but it's not the whole story. The game is a major setback from the predecessors and appears like a low budget rehash. Fewer game modes, worse handling, lifeless graphics, loads of glitches.

There's something very familiar with this name, "Stardust"... Rings a bell...
Anyways - added to my wishlist! Couch coop is fun, and this one wasn't expensive either.

The PC version got a meta score of 58. This game is extremely likely not worth your time almost regardless of price.

Oh Steam please just auto-transact all of Ferals Linux-releases to my account. Just grab the money and ship'em over.
But I seriously doubt it will be a day one release. I assume Feral receive the source code of the released version, and seeing how most games are patched even on release day I guess that means they can't receive the source long before the official release, maybe even right after.

Wow... Now this is the kind of RPG I'd like to see on our platform. With excellent graphics, not just another Fantasy cookie-cutter concept, and without that darn isometric perspective.
Edit: And with coop too! Man... Bring it!

I am 100% sure this is a returning bug. It was like this for me at one stage earlier, back when the frame rate were unbearable too.
