Dear lord, 50Mbps? I'm sitting at my desk right next to my router and I only get 20 down, which is still better than the norm. That is, by the way, the main reason Stadia will fail: most people don't have amazing internet.

"Stadia - Games, without a console or downloads"
(In German, it's "Stadia – Spiele ganz ohne Konsole" - it doesn't talk about the downloads part.)
I've seen it called a "virtual console", which seems to fit well.

Considering Google will nuke entire accounts just for typing too many emojis, I would be surprised if Stadia saw a massive influx of users. Now that we find out they offer a whole dozen games, I would be surprised if more than a hundred people try it out.

Pillars of Eternity is a fantastic game very close to the classic Baldur's Gate games.
Yet, way(!) too much text for me, much more than BG1+2 had.

Pillars of Eternity 2 is really, REALLY good. PoE1 OTOH, not so much. The end is neat, but the entire story feels too gimmicky to really work. The real killjoy being the insane amounts of combat against enemies with about 3 times the hp they ought to have.

On a completely unrelated note, I've been playing some Ittle Dew, which is a neat action adventure puzzle game.

Because getting the old games to use with the emulators can be really expensive. Especially pre-CD era games.
