So are the same people still developing it? Or did it end up in someone else's hands?

I got it a while back, long before moving to Linux, and played it a fair bit. I liked it, but there was clearly a lot to be done still. Hopefully whoever's developing this can bring it to a more acceptably beta or even complete level.

Quoting: KelsAny love for Midora [External Link], which is struggling a bit so far? It's got Linux listed right up front.
Very zelda-like, or zenonia-like if you want to be a bit more modern. Sadly, with only 12 days to run, this will have completed by our next issue, projected for Monday July 14th...
Yeah, they're up front about the Zelda-ness, claiming that Majora's Mask is a favourite game of most of the dev team and it's definitely a strong influence. I appreciate that they don't try to cover that up, and of course the fact that Linux is treated as a given.

Quoting: KelsAside from which, I like the idea of more MMO for Linux, especially ones that aren't tied down to AAA-style graphics. I like something a bit more cartoony, which is why I enjoyed WoW back when I played it.
Wakfu is on Linux, soon being added to Steam. It has interesting an unique classes, turn-based combat and player-driven economy/politics.
Wakfu is finally out of beta? Sweet! I'd been watching for it a long while back, but I kinda gave up on it when I moved over to Linux (although I have a Windows 7 partition that I rarely use any more). Once it gets on Steam, I might have to check it out.

Shovel Knight Looks Set To Be On Linux Soon

I've watched a couple of playthroughs of the first few dungeons, and it looks fantastic. Apparently the controls feel really good too, it's high quality all 'round.

However, it's also the sort of game I'm terrible at, so I'll probably not be getting it myself.

I haven't played trading card games, what are the better ones for Linux so I can maybe try one out?

Looking at the video, the card system resembles Triple Triad from Final Fantasy VIII.

Quoting: lavedeer god looks very atmospheric. not really like a game that will bring long term motivation or advanced gameplay but a nice little novelle with style.
I would expect it's aimed at much the same demographic as Superbrothers: Sword and Sworcery, which was a huge hit.
