Humble Indie Bundle 6!

Yeah, sorry. Honestly, I wouldn't be getting excited about that. I haven't been talking to anybody with real authority ^_^

Favourable was what I'd heard, not what I'd read ;)

But yeah, there's definitely nothing approaching a commitment so far as I know.

So far as I'm aware, a Torchlight 2 Linux client hasn't been announced as yet. Since they didn't do the Torchlight 1 port internally, I imagine that they wouldn't have started work on or getting someone to work on a port of Torchlight 2 until after it was completed. From what I hear, they're favourable towards the idea though :)

I finished this last night, and was massively surprised at how good it is.Sure it has one or two rough edges, but the puzzles are well designed, the pacing is good, and presentation on the whole is engaging and compelling.

Quoting: "Bumadar, post: 5498, member: 93"Shatter: have it on PS3, it plays better with controller then keyboard mouse, but good game
Interesting. I've only ever played Pong clones with a mouse. A game pad would seem to be less accurate/responsive. Is that compensated for, do you think?

Quoting: "Alex V.Sharp, post: 5484, member: 136"I would definitely get it for SPAZ and maybe Torchlight... if I could, that is. My last free-spending money went to the FTL devs... :(
Then again, it has only just started. Not sure my situation will change, but we'll see.
No love for Shatter? It's totally the best game in the bundle :D

Quoting: "Hamish, post: 5478, member: 6"Still, I can not help but notice that the Bundles do seem to cater too much to the platformer crowd though. Nothing wrong with these games, but there should be more than those being offered by the Indie gaming community. Has there been a single Indie Bundle without one?
Excluding bonus games, the Frozen Synapse bundle didn't have any platformers (though it had the Frozenbyte Bundle included for people who contributed more than the average). If Aquaria doesn't count as a platformer, then the Voxatron Debut didn't have any platformers, and neither did the Botanicula Debut and Android #3.

So, whilst platformers do seem to have a lot of presence, there have still been a good number without.

Quoting: "Kame, post: 5460, member: 102"I'm guessing they must have discovered some super bugs in the Linux/Mac builds of Vessel just before the HIB launched, can't see any other reason they'd be late like that.
Well, it seems pretty obvious to me that this bundle was scheduled to coincide with Torchlight 2's release. It's entirely possible that the porter involved with Vessel just wasn't given the time needed to complete the work. Looking at the schedule, this is the closest that two Indie bundles have ever been together, and I was massively surprised to see one so close after #5 (which would be a pretty tough act to follow).

The Humble Visualisations are tracking stats for this bundle (as well as displaying previous ones). I'm also working on some new features that I'm hoping to give people a preview of as we get closer to the end of this bundle :)

Not really sure where the intervening comments have run off to, but I'd like to apologise to Rusty. My intention was to correct grammar, not twist words.

It was totally bad timing, just not specifically on their part.

Aww, that's implying they could have consciously avoided the situation, which isn't really the case.
