If by "legit" you mean is it true, then yes. Firefox only has partial support for the WebCodecs API, and only in their nightly builds as far as I can tell. The standard itself [External Link] is still under heavy development.

Could be simply because it's a free DLC on Steam and Sega decided there's no money in it. Or maybe because of worse regional availability controls on GOG and they didn't want to worry about gambling regulations in some region that GOG serves? I read about this at some point and asked a coworker who is a fan of the series, and they told me it's just a rather pointless Japanese-style slot machine minigame where you can win items that can all be obtained elsewhere. I don't mind fun minigames, but this one sounds like a waste of time to me.
