I was particularly interested on Little Mouse's Encyclopedia, also linux and a kids game that is actually translated in multiple languages.

ChimeraOS 27 is out with touch-screen improvements for the AYA NEO
9 Nov 2021 at 4:50 pm UTC

Lately I've been using my desktop systems with Manjanro and installed their chimera's "steamcompositor-plus" and "chimera" (former steam-buddy) scripts from AUR to get the same seamless SteamOS experience if needed (without the auto-update) and a full desktop for work.

Though for an exclusive tv gaming box, plain chimera is still by recomendation.

Quoting: Purple Library GuyOn a side note, does anyone else find it kind of amusing that someone's doing a stickler-for-the-details lawsuit over a game that glorifies and indeed is entirely about violent lawbreaking?
:woot: Indeed! For a moment I totally forgot what "Grand Theft A." was about ... totally amusing indeed!

Quoting: denyasis4e only seems balked at by 3rd edition die hards, and people who loved Passive Defense (I am one of those and think the feel of the game changes, but there are definitely some nice things about 4e.)
Now that you mention 4e I got curious. What do you think of 13th Age? I had the idea it is some kind of D&D 4.5 and it is also in humble bundle.

Quoting: denyasisAlthough, I'm a sucker for a good source book, especially sci Fi. Not a lot of good ones out there... I have to check it out
If it were not for shipping rates, having the beginner box with those extra cardboard stand-ups minis and bases would be a nice combo. The fantasy one was incredibely useful when the groups had no minis of their own.

then this would mean the

Most Domestic orders: $17.00-$20.00
Most International orders: $43.00-$65.00
part below the physical items is the estimation of those extra shipping $ on top of the bundle price? Ouch!

EDIT: confirmed on twitter [External Link]its an estimation of shipping added on top of the bundle price. They changed the page now though, the physical items are on the full bundle and the same shipping estimates are listed only on the beginners box description

Been wondering if that app can be used on a different arch-based distro.
Apparently yes (its on the AUR*), but I suppose only if using the steamos-compositor-plus, according to the: https://github.com/ChimeraOS/chimera [External Link]

Btw now chimera is the name of this web interface. Before it was called Steam Buddy.

* EDIT: indeed on the AUR it is still named steam-budy. Thanks rustybroomhandle! The github entry was renamed recently so the "its on the AUR was probably meant for the old name."

Quoting: VoxPelliI wonder if it will get a mode similar to the Steam one for the upcoming Steam Deck.

Same goes for Itch.io, GOG and others.

If someone were to make a UI that brings games from all stores together into one UI and makes it easy to launch on the Steam Deck, then it could be a compelling alternative to the official Steam UI
ChimeraOS (previously GamerOS), the arch based SteamOS 2.0 couch gaming distro, has a web app that you can use on any device in your local network via URL (for example a laptop using same wifi) and install GOG or Epic games that then show in the steam games. I did it myself for Magic the Gathering Arena for Epic and it way fairly simple... and all GUI based.

There's now a Debian User Repository in the style of the Arch User Repository
