Wonder if Photoshop on Wine is fixed, it doesn't draw canvas if vkd3d is installed.

Yep, anv still needs it. However no llvm for radv (and radeonsi too? Didn't know that) does make things easier.

No LLVM makes life so much easier when compiling for Android and/or Waydroid. If I don't disable LLVM, clang++ can't find certain headers and fails very quickly lol

About 8 GB VRAM I'm confused. Is it an APU or a discrete GPU

Most likely dGPU, if it wasn't I guess there wouldn't be seperate RAM and VRAM. Interesting choice.
The whole machine is somewhat similar to my PC, RDNA3 GPU with 6c12t Zen4 is also what I have in my PC, but coupled with more VRAM and RAM.

On Crossover I could run latest version of Office 365 compatible with 32 bit Windows 7, afaik that was released sometime in 2022. Installation is surprisingly simple with Crossover. Good luck if you are using anything else, though.

Distrobox uses rootless podman (or rootful if specified) and it's dead simple to use. One command to fetch an image and create a container (in one go), another to enter the container. The container acts like a regular distro so you can sudo apt install or sudo pacman -S and changes will survive unlike docker.
