Man I don't know how on earth Crider does it. Not only is he innovating in a space that's seeing crazy fast development, but he's also maintaining an ENTIRE distro (basically himself?), doing new releases for GE constantly all the time, and now forming new coops and launching totally new tech. All while doing his day job at red hat. Damn.
I felt good the other day when I sent a few emails and got the yard work done. lol.

The old classic never seems to fail does it? Been using that site for decades I feel like. Let's see what we can come up with (I just push the button a bunch of times in a row lol):
This Ananananayo will rapidiously embrace strategic technologies, dynamically reinvent ethical networks, and monotonectally develop leading-edge communities. Not only that, but it will also synergistically recaptiualize impactful ideas, intrinsically supply principle-centered communities, and MOST OF ALL: completely pontificate economically sound storage.

A lot of these new updates are already *very* stable as of now, so ....... not sure why they'd want to hold on to the older stuff.

Quoting: AsciiWolfNice, but I wonder why they didn't go with Mesa 24.2. Mesa 24.1 is already quite old at this point.A lot of other stuff is quite old as well. Kernel is 6.5. We're on 6.11 now, and 6.5 is over a year old. Plasma is 5.27, we've been on 6.x for a while now.

Quoting: scaineI'd never even HEARD of "Mura" before. This Reddit post [External Link] is an excellent explainer though.me neither! Thank you for the link. I've never gamed on any oled panel before (my tv is oled, but we only watch movies/shows on that) ... my desktop gaming computer is non-oled, and I have a regular ol lcd steam deck.
AYANEO tease the AYANEO 3 as a 'revolution' and a 'completely new concept'

Quoting: Liam DaweI think there's a high probability AI wrote that entire marketing "release". Already we're in the future of innovation!Quoting: Vortex_AcheronticIt probably has "AI build-in to boost performance and battery lifetime" for sure. Ya know the usual...Yeah, some "AI" stuff is probably a given, I expect them all to start doing it.

Got this recently on a whim, and was initially extremely disappointed since the gameplay SEEMED awesome but it lacked ultrawide support. For 2024 games that pretty unforgivable, so I was ready to refund it. But then I tried it on the Deck and it plays really well there. Only slight issue is the screen is really too small for such an engaging game. The text is tiny, the inventory interface is very dense, stuff like that. But it does play well! So far I'm having a good time, I just don't know if once I get to more complex systems and inventory management, or more difficult monsters, if I'll be able to keep it up on the Deck. Hoping for an ultrawide mod or official patch soon, because this game really SEEMS awesome!

I am a MASSIVE tron fan, basically in all things. I love the universe they created, the stories and concepts, the 80's movie, various games, and I absolutely ADORE the 2010 tron legacy movie. It's probably in my top 5 of all time since it's not even really a movie it's just one of the best musicals ever made.
All that said, and I'll probably just pass on this. Top down beat-em-ups ....... I really wish I could get interested but I don't know why they picked this genre. Do these games sell really well? Their last one was a visual novel?

whoa, this is pretty huge! I don't dare think about another skyrim run with some crazy mods do I?
Asking for a friend:
how do you actually use this new proton for modding bethesda stuff? Is it as simple as downloading the mod from nexus, putting it in whatever folder it says, then this new proton will detect it? Usually there's lots of other steps involved though. Sometimes some mods can be kind of crazy to install, so I doubt it's that easy, but you never know.

Love seeing more godot games
And I just played the demo some. Seems like a super fun chill casual game! Perfect for having on a second monitor and while I'm forced to be in useless google meet meetings, I can do a few runs on this.
