Quoting: TevurI had the same experience trying to follow back through the sewers of twitter - but at some point we have to just give up, the raw shit just isn't worth wading through anymore. So many diseases.Quoting: Liam Dawehttps://twitter.com/PLAYTR0N/status/1778464518529491068 [External Link]Sadly, thanks to enshittification of TPFKAT (the plattform formerly known as Twitter), without an account I can only see those two posts and not the whole thread.

Would you kindly share it as copy+paste, screenshot or something?

I love it so much  Makes my cold dark heart warm up a bit when con artists get all ruffled when people start to question things.
Also I love how they're dropping in comparisons to Apple Pay and PayPal. Two gigantic industry titans who **GASP** have an actual product that isn't a scam, which people use daily around the globe.

Quoting: Vortex_AcheronticOr it will be just another Ouya story. Things will go silent and then plans will be discontinued 😅well .... but wasn't the Ooya an actual real thing that was just mismanaged to death? This Sui garbage is an out and out obvious scam that will never exist and is specifically designed to never exist. The only point here is to milk braindead crypto investors out of what little cash they have left.

Quoting: MohandevirI was affraid I would not be able to play Jedi Survivor before they decide to put EA anticheat into it too... Turns out this game is a mess, performance wise. I ended up uninstalling it after a couple of hours of play, because there is no computer on the face of our planet that can run it without major stuttering issues. I regret buying it in the first place and with this news, I won't buy an EA game again.sounds pretty much run of mill these days for a ue4 release. I basically have to look up all the games on wikipedia and check to see what engine they are running. UE4 is almost guaranteed to have awful performance with tons of stuttering.

Love AtomTeam!
I downloaded the demo, and unfortunately the linux version had just a black screen (missing into cinematic I guess) and no audio at all (but that's not this game, that's a system wide issue for me for whatever reason).
So I changed over to proton and it ran wonderfully.
Has a super retro feel to it, but so far so good. Definitely brings back the old school feel of Baldurs Gate 2 or similar. Combat seems fine, exploring does as well. I already like that they reward exploring with secret items, etc... and have hidden treasure that you must dig up.
Will definitely wishlist! I won't support pre-order or kickstarter, but will gladly track the development and look forward to release!

Quoting: ssj17vegetaMan, I've waited for this game for years.same here! I just did the big fight at barren light (not a spoiler) and man alive, the production value is so high! It's really like playing a scene from a movie. Loved it.
Very cool to see an "AAA" game launching just fine on PC : decent performance (runs smoothly on a 6-year old rig), no microtransactions, no invasive DRM or kernel-level anti-cheat, good story/graphics, and an overall great experience with Proton.
I'm having a blast with it !

Quoting: slaapliedjeI'll wait until the modders fix her face to look like the first one. :PI played the first one to nearly 100% at 120 hrs, and I have put several hours into this new one, and I think she looks the same. I mean I know it's been years since I saw her, but she seems totally fine.

I wonder if they're just burned out on BG3 / dnd and want to move on.
I would love it if they'd do a more scifi themed rpg. Their products are always fantasy based, so that might be a fun departure.

Quoting: suchBG3 is the only game in years that I started playing (with the intent to finish it) at release. Usually, I wait on expansions, the inevitable complete edition a year or two down the line. It's a nice feeling that it's pretty much done as is.I do find it interesting that Larian themselves have a history of doing expansions and then "definitive editions" or whatever they call it.
