I was besotted by the demo when it was released a couple of years ago, then the long delay and I feared it was one of those limbo projects. Happy to see it's not, and even happier to see a release date!

Maybe the developer was busy hunting cave monsters? Or being hunted by cave monsters? It was probably something complicated.

I love how the rooster is on paternal leave caring the chickens (pappaledig!). And those accents! Absolutely spot on in the most cringe inducing horrible wonderful way possible!

I'm not really familiar with the games, but it's for a great cause. I mean, if they outlaw abortions, sooner or later they will outlaw abort() too and then we will be in a heap of trouble!

Debian uses the names of different Toy Story characters for the releases.

It started back in 1996 when Bruce Perens was the project leader and worked for Pixar.

These fixes have been percolating in Proton Experimental for a while and Beneath a Steel Sky did not have the native ScummVM release up on Steam back then, and the Windows version did have an issue that made it unplayable in Proton.

Valve fixed the problem, but subsequently Revolution Software also pushed a native ScummVM release for the game. So it has been fixed on both ends, a bit redundant, but that's how it goes sometimes...
