Some thoughts on switching from Ubuntu to Antergos for Linux gaming

Frankly as a KDE user I switched one year and a half ago from Kubuntu to Debian + backports and it is both damn stable and faster than Ubuntu. I do not regret my choice at any moment. Ubuntu rocked in its early days but now it has become a complete mess, and with Mir things will probably get even worse...

Bought it for Mac (so that Aspyr gets paid). And this morning it appeared in my Steam Linux list. Sooo... looks like the game is damn soon to be released !!!

What game are you truly thankful to have on Linux & SteamOS?

Cities Skylines
Civilization 5
Deus Ex Mankind Divided
Dying Light
Euro Truck Simulator 2 (you must play it to understand why many people are fan of it)
Tomb Raider
Wargame series

It's true that under Linux almost all the AAA games are 64 bits only except the very first ones like Wargame EE. Sooo it makes sense to drop 32 bits distro support. But in that case they should release a 64 bits only client.

Euro Truck Simulator 2's Vive la France DLC now available

Radio streams are still not supported on Linux, sadly. However they're poorly maintained on Windows. Example : Radio Dresden, to which I listen on a daily basis (in order to keep my German knowledge).

What one game would blow your mind if it came to Linux & SteamOS?
