I think something short (in comparison) but sweet like Deus Ex or Tomb Raider, which I've never played the new versions of, would be better for my own mental sanity.

Quoting: tuxisagamerYou're right. Wrong studio. Still want Skyrim! In a way, I'm kind of hoping it's not Skyrim... Would mean I'd feel compelled to complete it for the third time, get insanely addicted to it and end up not sleeping for months...

I’ve requested Samsai to do a special live stream when it is released, so we can bask in his glory. Or watch his failure, either’s good. Are you allowed to say roughly WHEN, or would that give it away? Whatever it is, I assume it will be something worth getting excited over :)

Just started downloading for me a few minutes ago (after Steam updated). Will have to revisit the game now, got really into it at one point but the crashes were too annoying so stopped.
Got really good with swords, maces and axes (and a shield). Never got the hang of ranged weapons though... probably because I played it with a gamepad. Would still rather sacrifice that aspect for the benefit of sitting back and enjoying the game more though :).

This sounds really promising and really awesome!
Also, I really wish Daedallic would hurry up and port a few more of their adventure games over. Still haven't played A New Beginning, Night of the Rabbit or the second half of Whispered World and can't be bothered to play them through Wine.
This does remind me slightly of the classics Sid Meyer's Pirates! and Patrician^^This is why :). Love these kinds of games.

That's a crazy number! I guess it can be pretty difficult to predict which get the most views, but with the GDC article I was pretty certain it would do well :P

Quoting: liamdaweAhhh I see, was confusing me, maybe add a footnote below Intel for future articles? To prevent idiots like me getting confused :DDone! :)
Quoting: SamsaiNice that you mentioned Games Republic. It's indeed one way to support us and by games at the same time. Just make sure you make your purchases on our store page (https://linux.gamesrepublic.com/ [External Link]) and we'll get a share of the sales. And you get some games while doing that, so that's pretty cool.Added the link too so if people do that then they'll do it from the GOL page rather than from the store generally. I agree, it is pretty cool, bought the EU4 expansion from there recently :D
