There isn't much point for a survey like this to split the distros up like that. That's going a little overboard in my opinion, this is to get a general idea.I have to agree, it's not really useful information for us considering we just want a general idea of distros. If you want more detailed stats, maybe head to distrowatch. I may consider including SteamOS separately in the future once it's out of Beta since that is of specific interest to gaming.
One thing, though: buying a game through the Humble widgets, does it count as a 'Humble Bundle/Store' purchase or as a 'Developer website' one?Umm... I guess maybe tick both since you have the option to do that.
the propriety options in the drivers question may not be very helpful in it's current form. What is in the official repos in one distribution, may be unofficially supported in another. That's true. I'll consider merging next time since that won't affect the monthly comparisons too much and it is a valid point.

What's this about there being games on Linux? I'm still playing quadrapassel from the Ubuntu Store.

The game looks great. Although I'm a little disappointed they went with Brazil as one of the "sponsors" rather than some sort of Latin American union.

How do you switch it to classic view on the guardian website? They both look the same to me.Scroll to the very bottom, I think it's on the right-hand side. I'll stop using it when they make that switch permanent, they already started doing it with some articles.
We do have the category selection in the sidebar, but I've wanted to put it into the navbar for quite some time, just haven't figured out a good way to do it yet. That's good :) Welcome change

A lot of modern website designs are difficult navigate and and generally a bit nonsensical, so I quite like GOL, it's easy to navigate and "clean". Basically this is how I think websites shouldn't look:

and how they should look:

The one thing I would change on GOL is the way the articles are displayed, maybe have squares and the description of the article when you hover over the picture, and an easier way of seeing and categorizing the different article series, maybe with a menu bar at the top (GOL cast, Funding crowd, etc).
Looking forward to see what comes of this :)

I have to say, I'm surprisingly quite enjoying the game. Normally I wouldn't give the time of day to these kinds of FPS games but they've managed to include enough RPG elements to keep me interested. First time Yahzee hasn't it spot on (though I do agree that it might get old quickly and some aspects of it are a bit silly).

Aspyr did a very good job of this, runs smoothly on max settings for me. Kudos to them for another good job.

I assume the issue stan is referring to is that the game crashes if you attempt to open up in-game settings while the Steam overlay is activeOh yeah, I had that problem too. If you search in the Steam forums, there's a solution for it. You just update some files in the directory if i remember correctly - though it's a bit lazy of them not to have fixed that since the solution is pretty simple.

Quoting: GuestWelcome to Turrican! Ahahahahahahah…I finished the game and actually had no issues with it whatsoever (GTX 750 ti / Nvidia 344). The Raven on the other hand had lots of graphical issues, it didn't crash or anything and I completed the game just fine but squares and things would appear on the screen.
On a side note, beware of The book of unwritten tales, the linux build has been broken for years and they don’t care, still selling it… (Yes I’m going to mention it in every article that talks about this game.)
