Steam Stealth Fest launches July 24th

By the way, I know it's not the same but if you're looking for a nice old school stealth game, try UnMetal, extremely fun and... If you can, play it with the original voices (in Spanish), they are waaaaaay better than the English dub. I couldn't stop laughing during the whole game.

Quoting: PenglingNow that I think about it... I may have discovered it too thanks to GOL...Quoting: BelaptirMaybe there's still hope for a surprise launch during the Stealth Fest?I would love that. It's been on my wishlist for so long now - ever since it was covered here on GOL last year, funnily enough.

Quoting: PenglingMy exact thoughts, damn! I was really hoping for it to be launched for this fest. But hey, they didn't give us a date... Maybe there's still hope for a surprise launch during the Stealth Fest? Are there any particular titles you're hoping to try out or buy?I was kind of hoping that Covert Critter [External Link] might've been out by now, since this would be the perfect event for it!

This game will make a perfect addition to my steam deck library to play this summer when, finally, I get some holidays after all the year working! So... yeah, I want to win it... like, I guess, everyone that posted before me

Quoting: PenglingSounds like we're in the same boat, as that's the direction that I took a bit shy of two years ago (I mentioned that in the previous Dolphin news-thread, though). Turns out that the grass really was greener on the other side, thankfully! To me the break point was a horrible experience with the customer service and a pair of joycons (it took them 6 months to correctly repair them, veeeeery long story). After that, I decided that Nintendo was too much crap for me to accept.
Quoting: PenglingFunnily enough, I've had the opposite experience amongst my gaming friends, many of whom I met via Nintendo's games. We've all ended up similarly disillusioned for similar reasons, so we just reminisce about the good games we grew up with, whilst sharing word on new non-Nintendo titles of interestI have friends that play PS, Xbox and Nintendo. By far, the worse are the last ones. In the end I just accept that they are similar to religious fanaticals and simply ignore them, because it's impossible to talk about Nintendo and not feel like you're talking about religion with them.

I loved Nintendo games, but enough is enough and one day I had enough of their BS so it's been years now since last time I bought a Nintendo game.
Not a single day passes without my friends calling me a hater because I don't accept Nintendo's BS and instead point it out every time they screw customers. Apparently, having someb principles means being a sad troll that only wants to hate Nintendo because it's mainstream.

Quoting: dpanterGood news failed successfully. Screw Nintendo.Very few companies go so far to screw their customers as Nintendo goes. And even fewer have a fanbase as fervorous when it comes to defend it as Nintendo does.

Also, with that wording I dont think they cleared the launcher issue. You play your EA games through steam too, but with the launcher in the background. Not saying this will be the same case, it's just that I don't trust any PR talk when it comes to big corporations.

Quoting: mr-victoryNo extra launcher, confirmedI hate the new Twitter that doesn't show you anything but the twitter you link if you don't have an account (and I refuse to make one). What's the question that he's answering?

Finally. One less extra launcher to become a nuisance?Yeah... I hate to break it to you mate but... Have you seen EA, UBISOFT and all the other games on Steam from companies that have their own Launcher? If any, I'd say it's going to be "one more extra launcher to deal with on every stupid update they do" (looking at you, Ubisoft and EA).

Quoting: junibegoodAnno is Italian word for year. You can't trademark a common use word like that.ANNO: MutationemWhen I read that name, I thought it was a new city builder in the Anno series, set in a cyberpunk universe.
They are taking a big risk using that name. "Anno" is probably a trademark, and I wouldn't blame Ubisoft is they sued the developer. That series has been around for decades, they can't pretend they had never heard of it...

I mean, you will have 3 more fellow survivors trying to piss each other for good while lots of other things are on the screen
ChimeraOS 43 out now adding ASUS ROG Ally support

I went to a store looking for a pair of earphones and saw they had the ROG Ally there so you could try it.
5 minutes, 5 minutes took me to realize I don't want to have anything to do with that... thing. Trying to navigate the windows desktop with a pair of joysticks is probably one of the most painful experiences I've ever had on a computer. It really is that bad.
And then you have to add the price to the pack. 800€ here, that's almost double the entry price for a deck. I so don't need that handheld. Of course, we don't talk about the battery life, that would be embarrassing.
