Quoting: GuestThanks. :) I have a couple of of those in my "staging" collection [External Link] of games I haven't checked out properly yet. If you or anyone else wants to contribute to the collection, and eventually write short blurbs for each game, just give me your itch.io user name and I'll add you.Quoting: flesk...if you have a favorite game on itch.io which isn't in my collection, please tell me about it in the comments. Some games came to my mind:
Retro-Pixel Castles
Sky Rogue
Crystal Picnic
Sage Fusion
Detective Chirpums

Yeah, the search function doesn't replace spaces with wildcards. I often google "site:gamingonlinux.com search term" if I can't find what I'm looking for, or if I can only remember parts of the content, but not the title of the article.

It's been a while since I played it, but as far as I can recall, it was interesting enough that I played through most of it in one sitting. Took me 1.3 hours according to Steam. Gameplay consists mostly of exploring scenes to learn information that opens up different dialogue options that you use to progress, plus a few puzzles. I'm not the biggest fan of choice driven games, but I think choices have their appeal when they're as clear-cut as in this game.

Quoting: FeistEdit: Btw. has anyone played through ep 1 & 2 of "The Detail", that title seems a little similar to this game and I'm thinking about buying it too.I played episode 1 and liked it, but I forgot to write about it (I think). There's no action in it though.

Yes, it runs on the Unity3D engine and is native.
The store page doesn't say, but there's no 32-bit version.

Quoting: EikeSamsai covered the release, but more articles are (almost) always welcome. :)Quoting: TheBossIf it requires any form of payment to get into it, no it's not a free game.Yeah, sounds reasonable.
Edit: We haven't got an article about Mel yet?!? I need to write one!

Just got word that Sector 13 [External Link] backers will get a choice between a DRM free download and Steam. (We forgot to ask the developers prior to publishing the article this time.)
And I just fixed the links to the FinnWars campaign.

I'm not a big fan of fighting games either, but I'm very happy to see a Capcom game on Linux. I hope it's only the first of many.

@Eike: Have you played any Unity 5 games yet? I haven't had many issues with Unity 4 either, but the new one seems to have introduced a few.
@stan: SquareCells would start the Unity launcher and then crash, and it was because of an issue with the libsteam_api.so it shipped with. Kung Fury was missing libsteam_api.so and libCSteamworks.so and crashed instantly. SquareCells works now, but achievements only work on certain distros/configurations, so I wonder if it's a similar issue.
@Sumero: I didn't realize AltGr did that. Thanks for letting me know. The game could certainly do with some more explanation of features, as there are some options I have no idea what do either.
Thanks for considering my suggestions.
