Skyforge MMO May Support Linux In Future

Aside from Champions of Regnum and from what I read there's a lot of critics about this game, it's really hard to find a good medieval MMORPG on Linux. Anybody has a clue why?

Gauntlet Linux Version Delayed For Steam Machines

Just hypothetical but MIR is coming to Unity (Ubuntu) and Canonical could decide to implement the support for the SteamOS version of Xorg. I might be wrong.

This would explain why Ubuntu is still recommended by Valve for developpers but it would cause à lot of problems to other distros if they intend to drop Xorg in favor of Wayland...
There is still xmir and xwayland for xorg support but steamos and many other distros will stick with xorg for quite a while ahead display server is quite a vital component that just has to work I doubt valve would want to make a switch and risk braking steamos boxes with out a proven track record for ither mir/wayland.
I get what you mean and it's logical but I'm not talking about SteamOS switching Xorg. For sure, they won't. Not for quite a while. What I'm talking about is Xmir for Ubuntu that could be a copy of SteamOS'custom Xorg, the one Valve is using atm.

Anyway, we are speculating...

Counter-Strike: Global Offensive Linux Beta Due Soon! (UPDATED)
22 Sep 2014 at 7:32 pm UTC

Now you're talking!

It's the only game that I bought and couldn't play it yet because I have no Windows station.

Now I feel whole. :)

*Edit:
The game looks great but WASD is not working so I just stand there and shoot what comes around. The toons are moving without any form of animations. They are just sliding from one place to the other. Really weird looking!

As if it mattered.

There's already, without exaggeration, a dozen or more Minecraft clones and spinoffs. The brand doesn't really mean that much anymore.
I wouldn't be surprised if they lock the thing to Windows only and sue anybody that uses that kind of block system so they stop using it... Would not be a never before seen way of doing business for M$$$...

Counter Strike Global Offensive Prepares For A Linux Release

Yes!!! Finally!

Bought that game a year ago expecting for a Linux release. Did that only because it's Valve and at that moment I had a "Investing for the future" minding but I never tought it would take so long...

Puppy Games Aren't Impressed With Linux Sales (UPDATED)
8 Sep 2014 at 8:34 pm UTC

I used to play 90's looking game back in the 90's. I don't get the vintage vibe, I need more.

This is absolutely not my kind of game and I won't give money for that. There are plenty of free websites with games of this kind and even better graphics.

Sorry I must be close-minded.
