I'm very curious what kind of savings this is going to bring in. It makes their service look ridiculous, and, frankly, is a bit alarming to me. Do they really need to curtail saves THAT badly?

I bet Obsidian is sweating bullets right now as their game is coming out soon. Also wondering about Double Fine, and maybe inXile. It's nice Microsoft got them through the pandemic and all, but the way the industry is looking they better deliver that value (the way Bethesda did not?), no matter what Uncle Phil says.

That expansion sounds like a complete mess they're desperately trying to wrangle into a shippable state. Which would be a welcome change for anything Paradox these days.
