Wow, how embarassing for Microsoft! Makes me wonder if the battery life on regular laptops could also be better with Linux installed? Perhaps x86 is not as power-hungry as everyone is always saying…
I'm certainly excited for more devices with SteamOS coming out:wub:

I'm surprised noone has mentioned Vampyr yet! I picked it up during the sale for -80% off. I think the premise is very interesting, you're a doctor but also a vampire, and there's a flu epidemic so you have your hands full. It's also Steam Deck verified:wub:

Meh, Capcom is one of my globally blacklisted publishers. They're anti-modding to an extreme extent and have even updated 10 year old games just to add DRM to them to limit modding. The newest Monster Hunter: Wilds could run much better without the 2 (!!!) DRMs that they added to it. Until they become more consumer-friendly, I'm not buying anything from them

Get some dino games like Parkasaurus, Amber Isle and Prehistoric Kingdom in this Humble Bundle

I looked over the list and for me personally, Prehistoric Kingdom is the star of the show here. It's a superb dinosaur/prehistoric-animals park builder with modular building system, which is actually a joy to build with, unlike in Planet Zoo. The animals are extremely good looking and it's so much fun to make realistic exhibits. And it has BABY DINOS! Need I say more.
The other ones that seem interesting are Amber Isle (which reminds me a lot of Stardew Valley) and Fossilfuel 2, and possibly Parkasaurus. The rest of the bundle seems rather weak though.
Personally, I think it's worth it just for Prehistoric Kingdom alone. It's weird they did not include any of the Jurassic World Evolution titles here though  or ARK

Whatever you do, don't buy the 8GB model, even for 1080p gaming. It's dead in the water and wasted silicon. Games are requiring more and more VRAM, not less. Even if you might be just fine now with 8, the trend towards heavy VRAM hitters continues and you'll be forced to upgrade or you'll have a subpar gaming experience with super blurry textures and stuttering. I would even recommend the B580 over anything that has 8GB, and that's not a great card. But it has 12GB of VRAM

Could this be the Steam Deck 2 in disguise?
The hardware looks really good tbh, especially with those symmetrical sticks and trackpads. The white shell is eye-pleasing. Only thing I really don't like is the D-Pad though, it looks awful to use
If i bought one of these, I'd likely erase the default OS and put Bazzite on it though. Not a big fan of Manjaro

Great, more DOA 8GB cards. Seriously, this needs to stop. Any and all cards released should be 12GB minimum regardless of how low they are in the product stack
