Nice, but not really my thing anymore.
I had a period sometime around Y2K that lasted for about a year. During that time I was gripped by "emulation-mania" (lol) and I went from MAME with all it ´s old arcade titles to "UAE" with all the old Amiga titles and other emulators as well, SNES, Gameboy, Sega etc. etc. etc.
However, I eventually came to grips with the fact that I had very little interest in actually *playing* any of these oldies. I had more than enough contemporary games to keep me occupied. Nope, it was just the challenge of amassing a library of old and often obscure games that was the entertainment. Like a coin or stamp collection really.
So...end of story. I think I may still have a box of old cd:s filled with emulators and old games up in the attic somewhere.

Very nice!
I´ve long hoped that "Frogware" would have their Sherlock Holmes game-series ported to Linux. However, Poirot is close enough to satisfy my need for adventure-sleuthing. Just keep `em coming!

Fallout 4, Rise of the Tomb Raider, GTA V, Just Cause 3, Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, Mafia III, Doom, Dragon´s Dogma: Dark Arisen...anything from those titles are the only ones that would make me deliriously happy right now.
Still, I´m pretty certain that there´s nil chanse of that happening. So, I would be ok with anything that´s not: sports/racing/rts or minor indie title.

Hope it´s true.
There´s been a "Linux request thread" going since september on the games steam-forum. No response from any developer yet though.
I used to love MoO almost as much as I loved MoM, back in the days.

Very nice! This will be a Day 1 purchase for me.
I also agree with the above comments, the first game was not that great and it could certainly have been a few hours longer but all the same it was not a bad shooter. The game-mechanics worked well, can't recall any bugs, the story was reasonably entertaining and the environments were atmospheric.

Very nice review!
From "Spiders", I've only played this and "Mars: War Logs" and I believe I enjoyed them pretty much equally.
Two action oriented rpg-romps with a bit of a "gamey taste", an expression which I use to mean that they are ambitious projects and at the same time a bit unrefined, a bit unpolished, a little flawed and lacking that "AAA-Studio Feel". I much admit that I have a real soft spot for that special "pseudo-category" of game, and I have on more than one occasion found myself enjoying them just as much as their far more "well reviewed cousins " in the crpg genré.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed that this release will have a positive impact on the porting of "Underrail", a very interesting rpg that I bought in early access about 2 years ago.
It uses XNA and a port doesn't sound out of the question.

Nice, I often switch between surfpadd/desktop and it's neat not to need to constantly log in (when you're responding to different comments at different times 'n stuff)

Quoting: fleskAction is not a requirement for me as long as it has atmosphere and interesting characters/story. I remember wanting to buy "The Detail" earlier but I was put off by the fact that it had no "season pass" or some similar arrangement. (I see now that it still hasn't changed)Quoting: FeistEdit: Btw. has anyone played through ep 1 & 2 of "The Detail", that title seems a little similar to this game and I'm thinking about buying it too.I played episode 1 and liked it, but I forgot to write about it (I think). There's no action in it though.
