Thank you for the answers bigzer :)
I am really looking forward to the game and hope that I'll be able to test the closed beta :>
A pity though that you don't have the time to create a "chill out place", but I understand that it is a lot of work. Would have been a nice feature.
Btw it might be better to say PC (Windows, Linux) and Mac OS X or Windows, Mac OS X and Linux. Because PC isn't an operating system it is a platform that runs several operating systems ^^

Thanks for showing up and answering our questions bigzer :)
This really looks interesting and I am pretty sure that I will pick it up asap.
I have some questions too.
1. What does the movement/aiming feels like in Storm United? Is it more like traditional fps games (Quake, UT, hldm,...) or is it more like in newer/tactical ones (CoD, BF,...).
2. Does the game also have something like outposts/cities to show of armor/weapon skins and other goodies, or to look for parties/chat with people like in other MMOs?
3. If the game releases for early access on 23rd of December on Steam, will it just be available for Windows or also Linux at that time? Because I would be more than glad to help with testing :)
Btw the videos look awesome :D

Since it belongs to M$ now, I don't really wanna play it anymore and I think a lot of Linux gamers feel that way :/

All I can say to the religious stuff is, all hail the Flying Spaghetti Monster.

:D
Back to the topic, what came to mind since I just saw the user survey once so far. Maybe Valve tries to keep the numbers low until the steam machines come out. That way the rise of the numbers will look more significant. At least that is my theory ^^
