I need that Steam Controller to drop down to $15 so I can get one for each of my daughters. :D

The Ashes of the Singularity Linux request topic has more requests than the game has reviews

This is why I kind of don't like when devs make open-ended statements about requests to show interest. They've still really made no commitment. They can always just keep saying there's "not enough." I think it would be more professional to say, "I'd like to see at least X number of requests." This is about money after all. They should be able to crunch the numbers and set a target for profitability.

They did Dirt Showdown, right? Is this game using the same engine? That game performed decently.

Looks like Micro Machines World Series from Codemasters is heading to Linux

I wouldn't pre-purchase. All of the Codemasters media just says "PC" with no system information, and all of the stores except steam (Humble Bundle, Green Man Gaming, etc.) just list Windows. It could be a rather unfortunate clerical error, though I'm hoping it's not.

Steam Controller & Steam Link on sale for a few days, the Link is especially cheap

I picked up the Steam Link during the last sale (it works great even over my WiFi). I wish the percentages were reversed there so I could get a second Steam Controller on the cheap. :D

The developers of Mantis Burn Racing are open to bringing the game to Linux, if there’s enough interest

Quoting: FeistHuh, long ago I was very fond of an arcade game that was called "Super Sprint" and later I also enjoyed "Death Rally" on PC. This looks similar to both of those and I don´t think I have seen someting like it on linux, so I´ll certainly add my voice to a porting.
If you're looking for a Death Rally type of game, BlazeRush [External Link] is a good one. Performance is solid too.

Adventure game Syberia 3 looks like it will be heading over to Linux

It looks like some people [External Link] aren't so excited about it.

Saints Row 2 is currently free on Steam, other Saints Row titles on sale

I think this is one game that would be worth a remake. Notice I said "remake" and not "remaster". I mean actually remaking the game with the same location and story, or at least making another game that takes place in Stillwater. I think it was by far the best location of all the Saints Row games and one of the best open worlds ever.

Dark Horizons: Mechanized Corps adds Linux support with a Beta

Quoting: morbiusWhat other Mech game is there for Linux?

I played and quite liked Hawken back in my Windows days, I wouldn't mind having something like that.
Heavy Gear Assault comes to mind. It's also in Early Access.

Also, the original "Horizons" game was on Linux: "Dark Horizons Lore:Invasion," published by good old GarageGames back in 2005 (same developer).

NVIDIA have announced the TITAN Xp and it's a monster

Quoting: scaineI don't get who/what these cards are aimed at? This behemoth will likely retail for well over a grand, given that the plain 1080s are still around the £500-600 mark and the TI edition is £800-900. I mean, there's top-end gaming, and then there's just flushing money out the window!
Hey, even Oprah needs a good graphics card.

"And you get a Titan! And you get a Titan! And you get a Titan!"
