Aww yiss, I'm excited to get this, despite the lackluster reviews it got. I'll buy it as soon as it hits penguin shelves.

Beautiful futuristic parkour-sim 'Valley' is confirmed as due next week

I started playing it today. So far I love the **** out of this game, keep in mind I just started. You get plopped in this cool looking forest with friendly spirits and then you get this exoskeleton that lets you run fast and jump super far. I completely neglected the objective for like 15 minutes and just ran around the forest building up speed and making super jumps. It was awesome. This game would be the greatest thing ever in VR, or it would make me vomit excessively, one or the other.

I might bite on this. I haven't played a hidden object game in a while, but they're not that far removed from point & click adventures, which I love, and they tend to include some beautiful artwork.

Nice as a big time Hero's Quest/Quest For Glory fan, as well as a Sierra fan in general, I look forward to playing this, as well as Hero U, assuming that game ever gets finished.

Warhammer 40,000: Dawn of War II, Chaos Rising and Retribution announced for Linux this month!
23 Sep 2016 at 1:35 pm UTC

**** yes! I own all 3 games. Retribution is my favorite because you're not forced to play Space Marines throigh the campaign, you can play any race/faction, including Orks. Orks are the best. They're hilarious!

Aveyond 4, a popular Windows RPG released for Linux

Looks like a RPG Maker game, which isn't in itself bad, as there have been plenty of good RPG Maker games (and a crapton of garbage). Do I need to play Aveyond 1-3 to get the full story or is each entry self-contained or is it a joke title and there are no previous games?
