That R9 285 in my PC info is only there because of this damn game. I'm normally an APU guy. The 285 only helped recover performance until it became unplayable again in mid-2016. There's no doubt that studio Wildcard are wrecking performance with each update.

I imagine most SteamOS users are running audio through HDMI. How is this working out without AMD DAL/DC merged yet? Or are Valve using a custom kernel?

Mesa has a big patch set in the Mesa-dev list to improve Dawn of War III performance, also Mesa 17.1.2 released
