I bought a 180MB/s 512GB mSD card the other day, hopefully it will be decent. Might need a SD reader that can support that speed however.
You can get microSD cards up to 300MB/s but price climbs allot, and storage space can be reduced as I presume their getting better speed via dual/quad write methods.

Is this showing that you don't need tensor cores to do DLSS? so in other words NVIDIA could allow it to work on pascal or other vendor cards but is choosing not to. FSR I think is going to take over, however I hear you can use both with interesting results.

Not a fan of Ubisoft, but they are a big player in gaming and if they release some stuff for SteamOS then thats great. Or at least make proton compatible is fine.

This looks pretty cool, but not available to us peasants in Australia, probably have to import it at a premium.
So I will just on look from the far away side lines as people enjoy this device (hopefully). SOB
But in all seriousness, my money is queued up for buying a new VR headset at end of year (probably decagear1), so not like I would buy it anyway. Still neat stuff, promises allot however, skeptical.

When dealing with new AMD hardware like this, arch is a good choice because you'll need some pretty bleeding edge MESA and Kernel support. (bugs getting fixed daily, hardware is far from matured in the software/driver department)

Unfortunately unification is a little tricky when certain stores don't have a direct web api to use such as Bethesda, Origin, RockStar.. And others which want you to RUN their little malware/updater/advertising bot before launching the game....
Steam is sort of like this but has many more functions such as offline mode and minimal launch options.
I do kind of wish steam had a smaller launch footprint version so people don't need to install full steam to play their games, just some micro api verification tool.
I'm always using stuff like steamless to bypass steam, but its a hassle sometimes and doesn't support MP games.
