Wolfire Games filed a lawsuit against Valve over abuse of their market position

Yeah %30 is pretty high for a DIGITAL GOODs based store. Who knows if Valve will change this policy. It does hurt indie devs the most who can't achieve high sales numbers to get discounted 'valve tax rate'. And those restrictions suck...
The real issue is Valve/Steams market share putting them in a position of great power. If only more people used GOG.
I would support Epic a little more if they released a Linux EGS client and had a Linux supported platform, but they don't. Also being tied to Tencent is no doubt going to become a problem down the line.

Quoting: RoosterGOG dont heve linux build of their own Galaxy!GOG support Linux packaging system, and categories. Its only their Galaxy Client that's not supported yet, but open-source has helped that along a little bit.

I may get the Humble Bundle when it becomes available, I have a 6800xt here and play at 4k, but I hear its still crashy on AMD. But some people manage to get it working I guess. (crashes happening due to memory leak or something).
I'm not expecting RayTracing to be viable on 6800xt nor 7800xt when that comes out.

Quoting: RoosterSo I shouldn't even consider buying this with 1080. Gotcha. From what I'm reading the Metro game has issues with AMD RADV atm. This is not surprising since its a NVIDIA first game. One of the reasons I never bothered to buy it.

Still waiting for Black Mesa to come with vulkan support because its OGL support for the Linux version is sketchy at best (and missing features). I know its a different dev, but their using same engine!

Been playing Mortal Online 2 during its Stress Test phase. Its been interesting to say the least. Might continue playing depending on how they handle several issues going forward.
I do want to try Exodus, probably won't run great on my 6800XT being a NVIDIA first title, at least at 4k. Will see.

does DLSS work for nvidia users?
Game kind of needs a update on its RT and DLSS implementation. Wish AMD had a xSS option... maybe next gen.
