Comedy adventure game HIVESWAP: Act 1 is now on GOG

Quoting: crabelI think it is a great game, developers put a lot of love and effort into it. I can really recommend it, but there are also some buts ...

It's currently unclear when act 2 will come out and if one has to pay for it. It took me just about 4 or 5 hours to complete the game and get all possible steam achievements (ok, I had to consult a guide for the latter). So it is very short. IMHO it is either a tad pricey (10$ per act) or quite cheap (10$ for all 4 acts).
GOG full price says $8 for me and sale price is $6. I think that's quite fair for a 4-5 hour episode. Don't we remember the days of 8-10 hour games that were $40-$50 at release?

Anyway, I really don't gravitate to adventure games... but I'll consider this one. It looks entertaining.

Agree. I think I would get this if it had multiplayer.

Maybe we can hook up, Rhyth. I only play multiplayer. We're the bad people making password protected games.

Funny that all those people wore the same shirt to work that day. What a coincidence.

Anyway, the gameplay looks really good. Looks like a game I'd have a lot of fun playing.

Diablo 3 killer? I guess I didn't know we were waiting for one.

RUINER is now in Beta for Linux, it's also an early unlock in the new Humble Monthly

Same here. I just used the affiliate link to sign up for Humble Monthly (again... I cancelled my subscription months ago). I mainly wanted Ruiner and Kerbal was a good bonus. Maybe I should have bought them individually because I feel like I am stealing these games. Dirt cheap coming from the Humble Monthly bundle.

Quoting: TheSHEEEPI am very much interested in this, especially the co-op.
Anyone who played it co-op with any experiences?
I didn't even know it had co-op until you mentioned it, so I looked into it more. Steam reviews are mixed on the topic. I watched a co-op Twitch stream for a little bit. I don't know if this'll be my cup of co-op tea. Watching it makes me feel like I'd rather play NWN where each player has freedom of movement.

Man, I might have to get Humble Monthly after all.

I'm probably gonna have to get Icewind Dale.
