Ubuntu LTS releases (and so derivatives too) to get updated NVIDIA drivers without PPAs

Quoting: ArehandoroYes, of course, it would have to be Testing or sid.
Testing and Sid usually have up to date Mesa and kernel, so I don't think Debian need to do anything special about it. The only exception are freeze periods (one just has ended), and in such case you better build the kernel and Mesa yourself or install whatever is uploaded to experimental. May be providing Mesa and kernel in experimental more consistently during the freeze could be useful.

What would be an improvement, is if Mesa would make more frequent releases. Current release cycle is way too long.
Well, not really. Debian sid is still on the kernel 4.19 and on my Arch build in my home desktop I was using 5.0 well before the freeze started. Mesa I think is on 19.0 in sid whilst 19.2 on Arch, probably 19.1 before the freeze.

Quoting: ArehandoroGreat move. I hope Debian does a similar thing adding upstream or more up to date Mesa/Kernels too.
Not Debian Stable, surely? Debian aims for stability. Not every distro aims for the same goals.

I'm really happy to see Ubuntu and Nvidia making this change. It will be fantastic for those that don't want a rolling release distro but also want decent gaming without unnecessary hassle.

I don't need a new game right now. I don't want to buy another title.

Yet for the effort, and an act of good faith with the developer, I WILL BUY IT.

Meh. The first nine seasons were great, but after that it really went downhill.
I haven't watched it in ages, probably since that 9th or even earlier. I guess it was around the same time The Simpsons went downhill as well. Even the new that got released on Netflix is quite 'meh' as well.
Actually, I was vague-from-memory quoting something someone in Futurama said about the hypnotoad TV show/channel itself. Since all it ever did was sit there doing that thing with its eyes it's hard to see how the quality could actually change, so now I've gone and lamely explained the joke.
Aaahhh at least you didn't publicly show how bad you are at getting jokes... :D:whistle:

Will Disney's new streaming service also offer games from their catalogue? Or is this only some stupid move from Disney (as usual)?

I had some of them in my wishlist, but no intention to buy them right now, so once are gone I will refer back to the more obscure means of getting them.

I think will wait for the Q3 to save some money and buy a combo of X570/3700/5700. This time I even might go back to full ATX again.
