I see a settings button next to "Game info" on the right. Does that mean it allows you to configure things to make visible?

I noticed a lot of familiar names in the Marvel's Avenger trailer. This may be one where Feral could be hired for the Stadia work, which would make it an easy target for Linux support as well.

Not entirely sure why people are so happy with Proton on this one. After the rename fix, it ran reasonably well but with some initial stutter. However, zooming weapons gives fairly major graphical glitches. Example:

Tried it with D9VK. Initial stutter seemed a bit less, but a different set of graphical glitches:

Patterns in darker areas/shadows:

These are really annoying as they give sort of a moiré effect when moving.

Then there is the character introduction cut scenes:

Which is broken beyond use.

Can't comment on performance as both options give > 100 fps for me.

Quoting: TheSyldatI doubt we will see the DLC ported to Linux , and same for Borderlands 3 we just heard nothing from either Gearbox or Aspyr about it sooo I guess they won't be makin' it anytime soon ...
There are Linux depots for both the HD patch and the DLC. Nothing has been uploaded to them (yet), but they exist.

They may have added features to support new weirdness. Hard to say with these type of games.

Quoting: g000h- Encourages developers to use Vulkan and Linux-friendly libraries for producing Stadia-enabled titles.
It may also encourage some middleware developers to get proper Linux versions of their stuff.

Quoting: BrisseI pressed "Download" and it doesn't actually download since it's not on Linux yet but when I go back to the store page it says it's in my library now.
Ah, for me now as well. It didn't before, so they must have changed something.

The DLC will be free until July 8th, where 2K said in the press email it will be $14.99 after.
Not sure how to interpret that. Does it mean that if you play it before July 8th it's free and it will disappear after that only to return if it's bought? Because it doesn't appear is "in my library".

what does google see? when and which game i am playing? steam also has this data, even if you are offline
Technically they can see how you play. Whether you go the pacifist route or go full genocide run. Then they can decide (probably incorrectly) what kind of person you are and share that with other people/organisations that should not know that. Just an option.

The Bard's Tale IV: Barrows Deep to launch on Linux "late summer", no Bard’s Tale Trilogy due to Steam Play

Quoting: liamdaweThe Bard's Tale and The Bard's Tale Trilogy are two different things.
So this is about the original 80s stuff? I didn't even know those existed. :D Then it's even weirder because that should all be dosbox/emulator stuff.
They were remastered/recreated with fancy new graphics and sound.
The thing is. It's available in the Humble Trove where it's listed including the trilogy. But apparently the Linux build only contains the 3D version and exits when you try to select one of the older games.

Edit:
Downloaded the Windows version. The originals are just zips (password protected :| ) with Apple IIGS disk images and what looks like the KEGS emulator. Which is available for all OSes.
