Well,
I was thinking of buying a switch oled this weekend for the family as I was recently offered a good deal.
With this behaviour from Nintendo, It is now NOT happening.
My advice is always vote with your wallet.

Interesting, I should grab this game however, Can this game be played on the go with friends?
Forgive me for sounding stupid here as I don't normally play multiplayer games or co op games, But how does co-op play work on the steam deck if outside with friends?. Do the deck units link via WI-fi? or are we talking about traditional online play only?
I only ask this as I see co-op as a experience when you are actually with your friends and not online. Valve should implement such a feature to allow at least 4 steam deck users to link their decks to play co-op. If not possible then maybe they could implement this feature in a hardware attachment such as a hub unit.

This looks amazing and will likely be a day 1 purchase for me. Been waiting for a classic new RTS similar to Dune2, C&C/RA for years now.
It's now on my wishlist and will keep a close eye on this one.

Had my steam deck for a few days now and love it. My brother offered to pay me double to buy my unit from me so he was relieved when he found out this news and has now pre ordered a unit.
It's great news to see valve increasing production as everyone I know is now hyped for and talking about steam deck.

Have got my pre order email today and have now ordered my steam deck.
I just hope to get a unit with a quiet fan having just dropped £565 for the top tier model.
Does anyone know who will officially supply parts for the UK market?

Is it April fools day?
DRM in games is one thing but DRM in DLC just proves how greedy publishers have become and I am not willing to tolerate it any longer.
This is a clear warning to any publishers thinking of implementing this. Do so and you have immediately lost all current and future sales from me and this will include all games in your catalogue that don't implement it also.
fair warning.
I am looking at you, Paradox

So Valve are validating games that are no longer available to purchase.
Was going to buy "Mortal Kombat Komplete Edition" but it is no longer available to purchase on steam.

Just discovered this game thanks to this article so can add another sale from me to support these awesome devs.
Not usually my cup of tea but the trailer looked amazing so have decided to purchase and will give it a deep dive once I get my steam deck (After Q2) as I am now shopping for games to use for the deck once I get my hands on one.

This is a genius move by Valve,
This makes the experience simple and easy to understand for console folks coming over to PC gaming while also tempering expectations and highlighting clear which devs are not currently supporting their game on the deck.
I also Imagine that game devs will do what it takes to get that little green "seal of quality" badge next to their game so as to be featured in the primary store page on the deck unit.
Game devs of the bigger AAA/AA games can no longer hide in the shadows.
