Skullgirls developer Lab Zero lays off everyone who hadn't quit

This is so bad. My kids and I love Skullgirls but it has hampered their mood to play it or watch online matches of it like they use to. I hope the workers get what was promised and these this game continues to be supported. Luckily, we have the DRM-FREE version which is still good to play though it still has the broken issues with Big Band.

I love those gamepads. I use that or my Hori RAP 4 KAI Fighting Stick. I use to have a bunch of other gamepads but I sold them all once the last of my little ones went off to college/moved out recently.

GUILTY GEAR Xrd -REVELATOR- - Steam

I picked this one up to play with a friend. I played part 1 via of Mednafen many years ago and had a great time at locals playing with others but did not get too competitive with it. My main is May because that is who I used back then but I'm going to pick another soon.

Mortal Kombat 11 - Stadia

Been playing this one a bunch with my wife. I'm going to check out the crypt soon but for now I've been skipping it but now my wife wants some of the costume pieces for her characters from it. My new main is Geras. I've gaining ranks with Johnny Cage.

Mable & The Wood - GOG

I'm on the 5th boss now in Act II. This game was free awhile back on GOG and it's good. It would be better if the map was more helpful. I do like it very much and plan on ending it asap.

Left 4 Dead 2 - Steam

Saturday night gaming is getting really good with my friends and family online. This past Saturday we did a 4 hour run of L4D2's Scavenge mode. Versus seems to be too full glitches with a bunch of problems that have been in the game for years so we stopped playing that but this mode and survival are great.

Blade Strangers - Steam

I'm liking this game a lot. Currently, I'm playing it online with one of my older kids who is on the other side of the US but it's been real smooth. This is the most recent game I got so not much time has been put into it but I'm currently maining Isaac.

Mortal Kombat 11 - Stadia

Been doing a lot of the co-op towers with my brother. Johnny Cage (me) and Scorpion (bro) racking up and getting some great loot. We also took part in some small tournies that the discord setup. I came in 5th place, bro came in 3rd. My wife is learning Sonia Blade now that she finished the story mode on her own. She was a huge fan of MK from 1 to UMK3 and use to run with Kitana and Noob. Great to see her get off of MK2 (her fave) and try something new.

Mable And The Wood - GOG

Exploring more metroidvania games since I had great experience with Sundered after some ppl recommended it to me. So far I'm digging it and I got my 3rd form.

Tekken Dark Resurrection - PPSSPP

Taking a long break from Tekken 7. I reached Tekken God Prime. Still love Tekken so this one is a perfect fit for some online matches with a good small group of ppl. I got a few friends get it up and working and almost no lag with the exception of some ppl very far away. Main Nina now but in the arcade I rocked Heihachi.

Hellpoint - GOG

I played and enjoyed the DEMO so much on Steam that I picked it up from GOG because it was on sale. The game has so many issues with input lag that I had to put in for a refund. So did my brother who also picked it up and experience the same issues but on a different distro.

Torchlight II - Steam

Picked it up with some friends for the online play via of the Fantaical bundle sale...Another game going into the refund pile as the online could not work well for all of us - Our Windows friends had firewall errors. This was an all or nothing buy for us and if we all can not play it's a no go.

Tekken 7 - Steam

Been using my main, GIGAS, online in ranked and have a great time. I think with news of the Season 4 more and more players and getting in and practicing. So far with 4 days of ranked play I've not had any lag or other issues (toxis ki chargers or what not). My Gigas is now Genbu which I am very happy about. I start re-learning Marduk.

Street Fighter V - Steam

Free weekend - Works great - Like the story line stuff in arcade. The online is terribad :( Uninstalled.
My experimental days are coming to end with all the bad game experience I'm having and I'm about to cut my game spending budget down to zero for the few years while I enjoy all of the stuff I already have.

Return to Castle Wolfenstein - GOG

This one was a great hit. Been my personal favorite for a while but my friends jumped on and picked up a copy and we ran a few match Friday and Saturday night. Excellent times.

Quoting: robvv
Quoting: RafiLinuxPicked up the GOG version. The offline installer is behind and not working properly. Someone already posted about it on the GOG forums. If it's not patched by Friday, I'm afraid I will have to ask for refund. Demo was fun but day 1 launch issues is something I'm just not OK with.
The Steam version has been updated several times since release and the devs seem fairly responsive in the Steam forums, though the Dark Souls kidz whining about how Hellpoint isn't Dark Souls do lower the quality of discussion. Might be worth replacing your GOG version with the Steam version. You can even make it DRM-free by dropping the Goldberg emulator in there!
I just request a refund from GOG. The recent update they added did not help. Hopefully, the Steam version is a better fit for me.

Just installed and played the Demo on Steam. Runs great. Can the demos' co-op be tested?
