Not a word about DRM-free/GOG/itch.io release. Hope they'll release it on Linux and not lie to us at least...

And I'm very curious about their "Couch co-op multiplayer" feature too, more awesomeness!

I'm a bit optimist since they didn't mention Steam, so I hope we'll see it on GOG too!

Quoting: ShmerlYeah, but we know the chances are pretty low, unfortunately.Quoting: LeopardProbably it won't happen, for Linux. As GOG games usually depends on GOG client for multiplayerIt's really up to developers how to implement multiplayer. No one is forcing them to use GOG client for it. They can roll out their own servers through whatever cloud provider they want for example instead of being tied to Steam.
Quoting: ShmerlYeah I know, let's hope we get a "nice" release after the alpha (GOG or itch with multiplayer available for Linux players).Quoting: CyrilYeah I'm afraid that a GOG release won't happen too (as for Linux it would be a shame to have it single player only IMO). But maybe the game will come back on itch.io and that would be awesome! The game was already on itch.io and developer pulled it from there.

Or should it?Probably it won't happen, for Linux. As GOG games usually depends on GOG client for multiplayer and that is like the real deal of the game, until an official GOG client on Linux happens (never) chances are pretty much zero.
Good thing we have Steam though. Fully supports the OS of our choice.
