Quoting: ExidanI wound't say they support linux. They just seam to don't care if the devs port it or not, looking their steam page its majority is windows only games.
They literally did the Imperium Galactica II, Silver and Sphinx ports themselves.
True but didnt they use the one man porting team ryan c gordon for desperado true they have not said no we are not bringing x game to linux but they have not confirmed it too. I would love it if they do become a full blown linux publisher would love to see Red faction guerilla i already own it but would buy it again to support that port.

MMM makes sense from intel point of view they are never going to take nvidia place from windows desktop gaming but on linux its much easier task especially if they hit the ground with as good or better performance in gaming.

Quoting: sublet's be honest, most people won't wait for Feral.
Grab the Autumn sale discount at give it a go.
The port is announced for 2019.

Yes, I honestly feel sorry for Feral.
And considering Twitter posts by some of their devs,
they're quite worried about Steamplay/Proton. :/
As much as I value Feral's work, having to wait a year or so for a port when a bunch don't get cross-platform online play I completely understand why some won't wait. I hope Feral don't stop, as their work is fantastic but they will need to find a way to get ports out quicker. At least they seem to be announcing sooner now, so that's a good start.
I wonder why it is not a viable option to work with their long term partners (Total War series, Tomb Raider) ahead of release. Let's say when the engine feature level is frozen and implemented. So they can release (almost) day-1?
Is it that the big AAA-devs are afraid of sharing code and content early, with external partners?
I don't know.
Because The developers want to ensure that games exceed projected sales before starting to discuss a platform outside of the normal console/windows

The Linux version of Zombie Panic! Source is a 'top priority', should come on November 30th

Quoting: ScooptaWhile I'm looking forward to this I'm a bit worried it won't run for me. Rise of the tomb raider hangs for me on RADV 18.2.5. A lot of DXVK games also hang for me although not all of them. Hopefully by the time this comes out it won't be an issue anymore.
Are you running
Ubuntu or Arch ? cause im stuck at 18.2.2 on Ubuntu
Can you not manually update by just adding the ppa and ensuring your running the latest kernel its what i do
What you think is the best driver for DXVK on AMD GPU i have a RX 570
I dont know about best i run 18.2.5 and just keep updating here is the ppa i use https://launchpad.net/~paulo-miguel-dias/+archive/ubuntu/mesa [External Link]
