Quoting: hardpenguinLove this game but it was riddled with bugs on Linux, including locking the display.Wow - I never experienced a single bug! I guess I've only played around 20 hours though, and only in multiplayer. You know, honestly, given the chaos of this game, maybe there WERE loads of bugs and I just took them for gameplay. Absolutely possible in a three-player game!
Old Unity version was the suspected culprit so an update might be a great thing here.

But as someone who won't buy a Denuvo game, ever, I appreciate that the plug-in puts that information on the store page in a way that I can't overlook. It also does, way, way more than just alert me to various DRM. I particularly like the link to ProtonDB, and also the price matching you get for stores like Fanatical. The colour-matching on wishlist and library items is also great. I pretty much can't browse the store using the client these days - web all the way for me!

Quoting: mylkaYep, of course. I wasn't intending to give the impression that you needed the plugin for that.Quoting: scainethis info is right above the languages. you do not need an addonQuoting: BlackBloodRumDid they remove Denuvo yet? :neutral:According to Augmented Steam (extension for Firefox)... nope.
nice to have ubisoft back. i like AC and FC. splinter cell remake and hopefully a new prince of persia
but i hate the launcher. just a waste of DISC and RAM. especially on the stream deck you do not need more junk wasting RAM

I have fond memories of these guys - GBA, DS, 3DS, Gamecube, Wii, and even Wii U. It was that last one that broke me. Annoyingly, I'd bought it before they announced that they were closing the DS and Wii stores. If I'd seen that dick-move coming, I wouldn't have wasted my money.
They're repeating the move next year, closing 3DS and Wii U digital stores, presumably, again, to force existing customers to upgrade to Switch. But why bother? You know they'll just do it again, over and over - mediocre mid-term hardware release, then announce store closures of all older hardware.
Being a Nintendo fan at this point is like being an Apple fan. Same model really, and feasible if you keep opening your wallet.

Such an amazing game, especially in online co-op with a couple of friends. Absolute, utter, glorious chaos.

Of Blades & Tails is a fresh turn-based action-RPG now in Early Access

That said, Tales of Maj'Eyal will frequently lull you into a real-time mindset, then you run into an Elite, it kicks your ass and there's a horrible temptation to rapidly hit buttons to run away - nope, you should have taken your time, realised that a teleport, a shield, or a stance-change was the better option for survival! Can't tell you how often I've died to things that I realised, belatedly, that I had defences against!

Quoting: NagezahnTales of Maj'Eyal is similar in that there you can play it extremely quickly, but if you stop, the game stops. Combined with the auto-explore feature, these are games that are turn-based, but feel quite real-time.Quoting: Purple Library GuyHow can turn-based combat reward quick decision-making? Is it not the nature of turn-based that you have time for your decisions? The steam page says: "Turn-based Combat that allows for quick action or strategic planning"
And the trailer's descriptions starts with: "A turn-based RPG that is action-oriented but rewards a thoughtful approach."

Such a good film. Morales is amazing.

Quoting: Purple Library GuyI'm sure this Miles Morales is a good character and all, but for me, Spiderman is Peter Parker. I've known Peter Parker for nearly 50 years, and I just don't feel right about Spiderman being anyone else.Agreed. Then I watched "Into the Multiverse" and I realised I was wrong. So very wrong.
It's like if someone said "OK, we're doing another LoTR movie, but this time the ringbearer is going to be Merry's cousin Doderic Brandybuck. We think it's time to move on from Bagginses."

I didn't think anything could rival Spellbook Demonslayers for variety and polish, but this one looks absolutely top-notch. I watched McQueeb playing this only a couple of days ago, really raving about it, and he's a big, big fan of the Horde Survival genre. Definitely going to buy this.

If that Linux version lands, I'll finally buy this. The first game was immense, and I was extremely disappointed when they didn't do a Linux version all those years ago. Okay, so it only launched into EA in June 2020, not THAT long ago, but it's felt like a long time.
