If this ever comes out and goes on sale before the rumored ryzen-based "NUC-like" devices I might grab a couple to build a Kubernetes cluster.

Quoting: DorritPlease elaborate...
When I said AUR I meant the rolling release model which, in my opinion, makes Snaps/flatpaks irrelevant since programs are always up to date without the negatives: large install files, slow to open, non-use of system themes and fonts.
Just with the added negatives of cluttering up your system packages and having to read/trust random pkgbuilds of course. Not to mention the lack of built in sandboxing. Have you experienced GNOME/KDE issue a notification asking if you'd like to allow an app to take a screenshot/record/open files rather than being able to do so by default? It's rather nice.

You're also lumping issues with snaps into flatpaks. Flatpaks can respect the system theme and aren't slow.

I bought this one and have been enjoying it. I love this style of game and my appreciation only grows with the fact that it's running natively.

Runs 100-144 fps (vsync for freesync) maxed out at 2560x1440 on Mesa.

Quoting: ZeloxDarksiders 2 works for me now.
What were your issues before? I haven't played in a few months but DS2 ran pretty good for me on MESA.

Thanks for your report, I'll check it out again to see if things are any better. I really should finish it...it's one of my favorite series in terms of art style/lore and I really want to play 3. The camera perspective switch in the new DS has me worried though.

I also picked this one up during the summer sale and it's been fun. Performance varies between 40-50fps maxed at 1440P which is fine for a game like this with freesync. I'll have to see if I have vsync forced. It's impressive to see an Unreal 4 game run so well natively.

+1 DavidM ^_^
