Yeah, the PA per app volume has been very useful for me when playing games.

Humble Indie Bundle 6!

Well, a little too close to the last in my opinion, but it does look to be another good Bundle. Interesting to see Torchlight finally show up on our noble little platform.

Still, I can not help but notice that the Bundles do seem to cater too much to the platformer crowd though. Nothing wrong with these games, but there should be more than those being offered by the Indie gaming community. Has there been a single Indie Bundle without one? Have we not moved beyond the Braid hype?

Just a thought... again, not dissing the game (I have many found memories of platforming games). But getting stuck in a rut can be bad for everyone.

Steam Beta may arrive next month!

Quoting: "Cheeseness, post: 5435, member: 122"The whole "Coming to Ubuntu only!!!" thing is just stuff that's been made up by a bunch of Ubuntu specific news sites ^_^

Nah, just the USC. :P

Quoting: "Bumadar, post: 5429, member: 93"it's really not that much different but one seems to get people into a oooh-no DRM !!! and the other is ooooh great it's coming :)

Well, not from me there wasn't. But I agree with the sentiment; in either case you have to pick your poison. It is up to you whether you figure it is worth it.

Majesty is undeniably a good game in of itself though.

Speaking of which, I should really get back to working on some more reviews for you Liam. I have quite a few started, just need to get at least one of them finished.

When my fever goes down. Ugh...

Quoting: "Cheeseness, post: 5413, member: 122"Linux is a little too far away from mainstream and seen to be populated by ineffectual neckbeards.

:P

Quoting: "Kame, post: 5383, member: 102"*shrug* It's pretty much an industry standard now and it's unlikely to change anytime soon. Best to learn to live with it and move on!

If I still cringe every time someone says "hacker" incorrectly, I see no reason not to do it for "PC" as well. :p

The fact that Windows is still listed as PC induced a groan from me...
