Leaving Lyndow removes Linux support from Steam due to masses of bug reports

That's disappointing. I was thinking of buying that one. I guess I'll take it off my wishlist.

Given that Linux gamers are more likely to give detailed bug reports and that this game has a small audience [External Link], I wonder if it is buggy on Windows and Mac too, but less people have reported bugs there. The fact that one of the bugs is saves not actually saving every time makes me think the game could use some more testing work all around. That doesn't sound like a Linux-specific bug.

King of the Monsters is fun. I wish they'd bring Wind Jammers to Windows/Mac/Linux too.

Scanner Sombre, a stunning exploration & horror game from Introversion looks like it's heading to Linux

Very cool design. It reminds of me of The Unfinished Swan. I hope the Linux version comes soon.

Parsec is another game streaming service, now with Linux support and it's blown me away

Quoting: hardpenguinI still hope for a service like OnLive, where I wouldn't even know if the games are being ran on Windows or any kind of console.

Yeah this is more what I'd like to see. I get that this won't work for everything due to latency, but it could work for a lot of things, especially for trying out games. I'd like to see a service where you can essentially rent out an instance of a game running on whatever hardware/OS and pay by the month, day or hour to stream it to a Linux box.

I've been contemplating looking at getting Playstation Now running in Wine once it supports PS4 games later this year instead of buying a PS4 and games, but I don't like that it only lets you pay by the month. Due to my limited time for games, I'd much prefer hourly or daily pricing.

Feral Interactive are teasing something, again

It's probably Dawn of War III, but I wish it was Doom.

I really enjoyed Near Death. I played it in the winter, so it was even more fun playing it at night with the temperature being <-20C outside, knowing that the conditions outside my house weren't that far off of what was happening in the game.

Serious Sam HD: The Second Encounter is now available on the Fusion engine with Vulkan

FYI, The Serious Sam Complete Pack on Steam [External Link] doesn't force you to rebuy games you already own. Since I already owned everything but SS HD: TFE and SS HD: TSE + DLC, I got these remaining games for only $4.36. :D

Security: You might want to change passwords on sites that use Cloudflare

You can find more info on this github page.
Take this list with a grain of salt. It is still in development and contains many sites that were not affected by this leak. The author took dns records at face value instead of checking the actual web server used.

The only vulnerable sites where those using the cloudflare web proxy feature. DNS only site's are safe.

Changing passwords is still never a bad idea, especially if you reuse passwords on multiple sites.
Not anymore at least :P
It should be noted that the authors of that GitHub repo are removing from the list DNS-only sites and other sites confirmed not to be affected. See the commit history for details.

Serious Sam 3: BFE with the 'Fusion' engine and Vulkan could arrive next month in Beta

Quoting: HollowSoldierGetting a surprise update after the beta, that locks them out wouldn't make them happy.
That's true, but I imagine that they'll have a "legacy" beta branch of some sort that has the current engine. I think they did this for one of their other games where they had a "legacy" linux version for older versions of Ubuntu.
