Awesome! If they also add a system that allows monsters to be tamed and help in the farm, it will be a nice alternative to Rune Factory: A Fantasy Harvest Moon.

Manjaro levels up as a serious Linux distribution

Oh boy. And I was wondering, few days ago, about the fate of Manjaro since I noticed it was taking way too long to receive stable updates (and now I see DeaDBeeF jumping from 0.8 to 1.8).

Glad I'm not going back to distro hopping anytime soon.

Quoting: NezchanSo far, the difficult, frustrating experience I've come to expect from RetroArch.
Games probably weren't recognized cuz you didn't download the databases, so the scanner is "blind". About the default hidden core updater, it's really a Linux-specific thing. And if you still get a black screen after that, it's probably cuz missing BIOS (and that's a whole legal issue).

Anyway, for those looking for a simpler and yet powerful alternative, there's Ludo:

Either the being behind this is insane or a genius.

Started to learn Esperanto after failing hard at Japanese, since I read somewhere Esperanto could help while learning other languages.

Somehow the little I learned about Japanese began to make more sense after a while, even without studying or practicing for months.

Now, seeing both languages in a game is awesome. I have to play this even though it's not my genre.
