The Saboteur. Tron2.0. Warcraft 1&2. Outlaws. Couldn't get Crusader: No Remorse working on my laptop, but I've already got too many games on the main rig. Haven't played it since the 90's so I'll install it after I clear a few.

I did not remember Warcraft 1 being THAT clunky. But hey, Intel Core2Duo + Intel onbard graphics can mostly handle DOS era games via DOSBox.

I think from here I'm going to finish Steelrats, start Cloudpunk, and finish Overload. Then Aragami. Then Lena's Inception.

Oh, and I fired up Farcry 4. It's much better than I remembered it, but it still somehow manages not to be as engaging as FC3.

So they are gonna drop the source online and hope the community picks up the slack. Might work.

Wow, I've never seen a motherboard die. GPUs, Disks, RAM, PSU, yes, but never a motherboard or a CPU.

So did you get a librem one and a 6800XT? Component prices are soo inflated these days, I couldn't dream of affording a new GPU, and mine is dying.

This is my second dead Asrock mobo. The first one was with a Socket 939 Athlon, I believe it was a 4800+?[EDIT: Nope 4400+] And then an Opteron 175, but that was AFTER I had replaced the Asrock with an Asus mobo... that also died. But I got like three or four years out that one. The Asrock was six months. That got replace with an Gigabyte AM3 in 2011 which is still running, or would be if I hadn't set up the zen 2600. But if I plug it in it has onboard Radeon graphics so it will still boot without a gpu. I had to run it that way for a few months about nine years back before I got a Windforce 460GTX. That died and I bought a Windforce 660GTX. That started dying so I tried to buy a R580 the exact week all the bitcoin miners bought them all out in the first mining craze, barely snagged the gtx1060 before those got bought up, too.

And to answer your question, nadda on any tech. I am this close to not being able to pay my rent, but by the grace of God I have familiy that were going to have their houses painted this summer, and instead I'm now doing that -I was in home improvement contracting for a over a decade, they are getting a deal- while slowly building my DiY channel. Just started editing the latest update today, where the CNC router I scratch built is taking it's first moves under it's own power. Should have that up in a few days, tops. Cutting tests to follow.:

This is actually incorrect, the cheapest it's ever been is 'Free!' as I got it for free with the purchase of my Index :) Basically if you bought an Index through Steam, they gave it to you :)

Also, if you're still running a 2600 from 1977 as your main gaming rig, kudos to you!

I like it. Last year I bought a refurbed Logitech K840 Mechanical as reintroduction to mechanical keyboards, as I hadn't used one since the 80's. Finding a mechanical keyboard WITHOUT RGB was a pain, and the K840 was cheap.

I don't use the numpad, and I like the easy to customize keys. I'm assuming that I can shut the RGB off with the included utility.

EPIC doesn't care about us at all. Actually it could be interpretted as worse than that because like most AAA devs EPIC discourages Linux use specifically because the company does not want to hire people to support it. It's cheaper for them just to to tell us to dual boot. My guess is that this was for Stadia and that Google is somehow paying for it.
