My account on Steam is active since 2008. It says i have 1000+ games, and 500+ wishlisted, and i just reached 15 000 items viewed in my Discovery Queue. I played i think 95% of these games at least a few hours (and of course for some, much more). Some games are just remains from bundle i never cared to try.

Several international studies (Australia, France, Britain...) show pirates are also actually the best consumers, buying up to 10 times more than "average" people (non-pirates). Also, a very large portion of pirates would never buy the things they pirates, so there is absolutely not 1 pirate = 1 loss relation. Pirating is often simply "trying a demo". For games, but also and mainly for musics, and movies.
About movies, i only want to watch original versions with english subtitles if it’s english, or english or french subtitles if in another languages. And, beside a few selective offers, there is no way to do it for everything i’d like to watch. France almost always dub movies, and i hate that, so i don’t go to theaters anymore but for a few movies in special theaters or occasions, but even then, it’s french subtitles. I think books are even harder to find in "good" editions.
About games, i don’t pirate a too much (i’d say 1/20 games i play) as i’m already very well fed from my own libraries and donations for articles/video i do. Almost always to try something weird, not-refundable, or not edited anymore, or not native to check Wine behavior, etc.
Based on my budget and place i live, if i had to follow the official rules and selections, i would have a huge loss in general culture. Thanks internet for bringing me choice and raw material, feeding my brain and social share...
Anyway, that’s a first world problem.

Kaiju Wars seems like Into the Breach but it's much more and it's out now

I’m so sad i’m not the kaiju, destroying cities and eating humans. Why no games do it right, fun, and with depth ? Only some silly arcadish games let me play the kaiju, the best one being maybe Test Tube Titan.

I play it several times each year since Whale’s core version.
It’s i think the best, completiest, deepiest zombie AND survival AND crafting game.
The only part i dislike is the "roguelike" aspect.
As a game can take hours and days to play, i find it "stupid" to lose it all on a mistake.
I never like permadeath in any game (but the ones death is part of a loop, you have to die to progress).
I always prefer to select my doom, reload or not my save, accept or not my mistakes.
Not being forced to start over.
Still, i played so many hours of CDDA and i’m still a noob, discovering new things or new ways to approach the world, every time.

Hi,
I’m happier with my 5 years gaming on Manjaro than anything before.
Could be Manjaro or simply a better Linux experience, or my better understanding, but still, i don’t see me changing for now.
Before that i was often on Ubuntu and Mint, and also tried many others, and when i landed on Manjaro i felt stable and good enough with rolling release.

Seems like so many other "game changing" keyboards.
Just the same stupid non orthogonal QWERTY layout with some more options around.
It’s time the world opens out from QWERTY and similar (like AZERTY in France).
The TypeMatrix BÉPO is not the perfect keyboard, but it’s so better than AZERTY already... Also BÉPO was approuved as the second official French standard a couple years ago, so that’s something. Even if it’s almost impossible to find one in regular shops, at least you can buy stikers, or proper BÉPO from internet (overpriced) stores.
In english, i think the DVORAK jaout or something alike is "superior" but still marginal ? Not sure about non-french stuff though.

I have to say it again, for each major update, Vintage Story is probably the best "Minecraft-like" currenttly playable, and better as it’s not a clone but a true game on its own.
