i will try it out probably but keeping it singleplayer only doesnt really work for games like these. at least co-op would be nice where you can invite your friend into your world to explore stuff togheter.

Quoting: fagnerlnI was interested in buy a steering wheel but it split in two types: expensive and garbage.theres also medium ones like Logitech Driving Force GT, which you can get around 60-90€ used or 140€ new.
Some days ago I thought about create one (nothing serious), but I've no idea how to start and now this post came from heaven.

Quoting: wleoncioi have the wheel set to 540 degrees with:Quoting: XpanderBenchmark and Quick Gameplay video:I see your wheel is locked up nicely with the in-game wheel (i.e., turning angles seem to match). Does it also happen in F1 2015? My DFGT is not synced up so neatly on F1 2015 and I can't find a place to change this in-game. It doesn't bother me so much because steering still feels natural, but I'd still like to try and fix it.

Mouse de-acceleration issue seems to be on Windows also from what i gather. it happens in some places of the game and yeah its really hard to fight with the mouse then. other times it runs super smooth.
Performance drops are the worst, even a SSD wont help here, those still happen in places where it drops down to 30 fps and loading new textures or so.
5 hours to complete? :D hmm you didn't do any side missions?
i have played 8 hours so far and i think its still quite some time before the end :)

but yeah usually dx11 is around 20% faster than opengl on the same hardware. there are few exceptions here and there though ofc. Vulkan is yet to be seen, there are some games like Talos, where CPU isnt used much anyway, that runs superbly compared to opengl and then theres games like Ballistic Overkill that run a bit worse in Vulkan than OpenGL.

Quoting: j_c_pWell, have a look here [External Link] !yeah its probably a bit better with dx11, but still if you look at it closely, at the start where lots of cars are in the range, fps will drop down to 40 and so on, because of the cpu has to calculate all the AI stuff..
I know it's under Windows ... but, I hope that Feral will do his best in order to well convert the game under Linux.
