Quoting: liamdaweWhat settings would people want changed, if you can tell me the exact settings I can tweak them all a little, not too much though.i'd say, 3x for taming, exp, gathering would be fine. over that will make the game too simple.
and i vote for the Center map

mad max however was pretty bad in places, it ran yeah like 70+ fps on the open world, but in some camps, looking at specific angles framerates were down to 19-25 fps only which sucked pretty bad and my gpu utilization dropped on those places which indicates some sort of cpu bottleneck or something weird happening.

Quoting: darkszlufi'm sure it runs on my current system also, grid autosport does and dirt rally afaik uses pretty much same engine.Quoting: XpanderWohooo... i have been waiting for this!If feral manages to keep the optimization level like the did with Mad Max you won't need to have that, seriously this game on windows is playable with core2duo processors.
hopefully i can buy and build my Ryzen PC before that :)

but thats about it.. they are planning to implement vulkan rendering this year, but given their trackrecord of implementing DX12, which never happened, i wouldnt hold my breath on it :D

Quoting: sigzTalking about ARk, what's the graphic state of the game ? did they finaly updated the engine on linux ?no, not yet. they have improved some stuff though, there are clouds now on the sky and some basic version of ground clutter which at least paints the ground to correct colors under vegetation.

Its on the Normal map i see?
too bad, i would have liked to see Center Map or maybe even Scorched Earth.
Played too much on the Default map :)
anyway, i might hop in at some point and check out.
whats the rates? i hope those are not normal? :D specially taming ones, cause this game is epic grind with normal rates :) 2x-3x is a must if you ask me.. too high rates are again too boring.
