I got the feeling that fits quite well the fact that they're dying some day...?I guess "life support games" would be more accurate then
Improved Steam Deck support is coming to Satisfactory

I would prefer mouse+keyboard input to be enabled at the sane time, but this finally makes the controller support usable.
Just a few of the reports that I found a few months ago (their interface is hard to search, no labels or moderation):
And there were more. Mind you, this is was just after the beta dropped, I imagine that they received many more reports on the topic.

Fixed controller support not working with the Server ManagerFinally. It was really annoying to disable controller support to click "join", then re-enable controller support, to the point where I preferred leaving controller support off.

I thought Humble Bundle stopped their referral program? In any case, seems like that link is not working for me, it may require third party cookies in the browser?

Regarding mouse movement, I had a similar issue in Splitgate 2 & Satisfactory 1.1, but fixed it by using Proton 10, as hinted on protondb. That may not be the issue you are facing, but it does sound similar.
Edit: these three games are built using UE5, so no wonder they have similar issues.

The massive Satisfactory 1.1 update is out now with controller support

It's a shame they don't allow simultaneous mouse+keyboard and gamepad input. There is a ton of other seemingly-simple and often-requested features on their tracker, plus a few annoying bugs, but it looks like the devs don't have much time to spare (understandable since they manage multiple games at once) and prefer to focus on more marketable features.
Oh well, that's life, I am glad that they still update it at all, though it does make me itch to build an open source equivalent.

It may be part of a marketing stunt to promote the next doom title. I hadn't really heard of it, but Doom: the Dark Ages looks slick :)

That's fun! I was wondering what would happen below zero as well :)
At least, you have a relatively accurate way to predict what the price will be in the future, and plan your purchase accordingly.

AMD reveals AMDGPU Composition Stack, a fork of Wayland's Weston compositor for advancing the Linux desktop

Didn't Weston advise against forking it at some point? I would have imagined going with wlroots.
Anyways, that sounds interesting, I am curious about multiseat. Is it multi-cursor/keyboard, which works relatively well in apps that support it (easy to do with wlroots compositors)? Or multiple independent screens?

Ah, interesting, I wonder whether they will publish it on Flathub or on Steam (or possibly elsewhere).
The fact that they mention HDR is also interesting. As far as I know, only Wayland is capable of it. And then, only some Wayland compositor implement the (WIP) Wayland protocols, including Gamescope. Therefore this hints that they are aiming to get their app launched in "Gaming mode". As opposed to desktop mode (unless they are privy to some future SteamOS updates). And it may not be extremely compatible cross-distribution.
Luckily, last time I had a look, the HDR protocols seemed to have matured quite well, so hopefully this will lead to widespread compatibility.

Quoting: rcritIt also adds "Earn even more Steam Sale trading cards by crafting game badges." but I have no idea what that means. Craft them out of what exactly? In addition to the previous comment, I'd like to point out that if you "craft" badges during events such as this one, you get an event card in addition to your badge. This is also why I typically craft my badges during events.
