People keep asking me to highlight this issue, so I will. There is a growing number of games that have at some point said a Linux port will happen and then we wait and nothing happens.

Here is a look back at the 15 most popular articles on GamingOnLinux for June 2016, an easy way to for you to keep up to date on what has happened in the past month for Linux & SteamOS Gaming!

I sincerely hope none of you pre-ordered Street Fighter V on the promise of the Linux version, as it has shown yet again how silly it is. Street Fighter V is now officially late.

Someone pinch me, I must be dreaming. It seems Rocket League may actually release sometime soon after a developer posted about it on their Steam forum.

Rocket League is still coming to Linux a developer has confirmed on reddit, but they have no idea when by the looks of it.

The time of waiting is nearly over, or so they say. A member of the Rocket League team mentioned on the Steam forum it will be due very soon at the end of Q1 2016.

The wait is nearly over to have Street Fighter V on Linux & SteamOS. The developers have confirmed it will be available for us this Spring.

Well, I'm glad I didn't buy it on a promise. Rocket League developers have confirmed it's going to be another 6 to 8 weeks before the SteamOS & Linux version is ready.

Thanks as usual to SteamDB, it seems Rocket League is making preparations for the promised Linux & SteamOS version.
