Puppygames classic 'Titan Attacks!' gets a Collectors USB Cassette

Revenge of the Titans was my favourite, I'm surprised they haven't done it yet... Loved Ultratron and Droid Assault though, might pick one of them up in the meantime. Thanks for this heads up, I had no idea this was a thing!

Actually they're too pricey for me; still super cool though.

Supraland is leaving GOG after less than a year, dev says sales were low

Quoting: scaineBut of course, I do choose Steam over GOG, and that's because of convenience. I like the time tracking, the achievements, the friend notifications, workshop mods, chat, and easy voice integration, I benefit from their multiplayer framework. I value the auto-updates, integrated Proton and one-click installs. GOG has... none of that, but they're DRM-free, and they're better curated. Maybe if you're on Windows, GOG is a better proposition - you have the Galaxy client that at least offers some of the Steam features I just listed.
This a hundred times over. I barely ever buy anything on GOG anymore because the linux gaming experience on Steam is just better. I recently tried to get a game going from GOG using Lutris and after half an hour trying to get it to work I just gave up! Steam has totally spoiled me.

Anyway a little more to the point, I think you guys are being too tough on the devs and not tough enough on GOG. The DRM-free crowd is by-and-large the linux crowd; GOG has taken the awkward position of appealing to the ideals of this group but not their convenience.

Been obsessed with Hades from Supergiant. I'm a Supergiant fan and this is the best game they've made IMO. It's in EA but in name only, they game is already overstuffed with content. If you're even a middling fan of roguelite or Supergiant this is a must-buy. Unfortunately the experience with proton is playable but fairly poor, so I hope they release a native version at launch.

Dungeons 3 is getting a 'Complete Collection' in June

The game is great genre title but I found the humour offputting; they replaced all the wry humour of the DK series with terrible sarcasm and pop culture stuff. But if you can suffer through that the game proper is fun.

I'm hesitant; subjectively I don't think it looks as good as HLD, and the combat certainly doesn't seem as tight. That said, HLD is such a --QUERY COMPLIMENT-- fantastic game they could end up --PREWAR IDIOM--short of the mark and still create something lots of fun to play.

quick pitch for Deep Rock Galactic here for anyone that hasn't played it recently - go play it! It's currently my #1. It's got top notch co-op gameplay, a fantastic community (maybe the least-toxic game community I've seen), tons of unlocks that keep things moving, and it keeps getting huge content updates.

Amoeba Battle is a real-time strategy game on a microscopic scale with a Battle Royale

Quoting: TheSHEEEPWhoa, this game is brutal.
Having played through all the classics on the hard difficulties, I'd say I'm pretty good at RTS games.

...

That's interesting, I saw similar comments in the steam reviews. Maybe I'll wait and see if they balance things out.

"Real time strategy.." yes!
"...on a microscopic scale-" yes!!?
"...with a battle royale" YE-wait wat?

I'm also going to check this out, visual style reminds me of that carbot skin for starcraft remastered. the gameplay chaos reminds me a bit of tooth and tail, which I loved.

massive shame, many years ago they were the first indie developers I fell in love with as a linux gamer. I hope they bounce back strong with their new MMO
