Geeze. What if you don't even own a seal?
I wonder if there's any valid excuse for not owning a seal, though.

Thoughts on the official Steam Deck Docking Station

Quoting: michaI have the official Steam Deck Docking Station station as well and I believe most issues come from the low power supply unit.

I exchanged the included 45W one (same as the one the Steam Deck ships) with a 90W charger. Since then the issues with displays and other peripheral reduced a lot. Not 100% perfect but before it was almost unusable.
Only makes sense if you'd power your monitor over the Dock/charger, I guess?

Wonderful looking puzzle adventure Harmony's Odyssey lands on Linux / Steam Deck

Quoting: AnzaI played the demo some time ago and it's quite relaxed and easy game. Might be suitable for somebody who would be way too frustrated with regular puzzle games.
Thanks for pointing out. Doesn't sound like it could give me the "I'm the greatest!" feeling, like say Portal Stories: MEL in original/hard mode. :)

Steam Deck UI comes to Desktop in Beta to replace Big Picture Mode

Quoting: CybolicIf you like using something like the Plex Media Player instead of mpv or the "party" mode on various media players, then the new Steam Deck UI could fit you. It doesn't necessarily have any major features that the "small picture mode" hasn't, but the feel is different. For me, it was a nice way to put myself into gaming mode - no distractions, no window handling, just games.
That's well said. :)
I don't usually use BPM; but what I do to get myself into gaming mode is fullscreen gaming and (usually) no alt-tabbing.

I still got the first one from some early bundle, probably a Humble one, and never tried it...

Started Lucy Dreaming. It features rather small items (bathroom!) to be played on Steam Deck, though...

Ain't it a blessing sometimes...? ;)

(I could see a disabled relative having use for such a setup.)
Nah, I'm not related.
I fear I got a language barrier here, I'm not sure what "I'm not related" means in this case.

To make my last quoted phrase clear though: I have got a relative, the father of my wife, who could need a similar setup as well, as he cannot move one of his hands and thus cannot hold a gamepad easily.

Quoting: termusJust very appreciative of a device that makes my life easier and wanted to let Siri know. I came across this article linked on the Steam Deck subreddit and was completely surprised to see my photo on here.
Cool! Happy gaming!

My biggest indicator of success came when I got an email from a customer who was using their Deckmate system to allow them to mount their Deck to their leg.
He's creating cyborgs!

You can see the person in the picture.
Ah! Didn't catch the problem when looking at the picture.

Quoting: EikeLooking at the extremities used, they might better have called it handball. :D
Only if you're willing to accept the absurd notion that a "ball" doesn't have to be at least approximately round. Also, handball [External Link] is taken.
You mean, totally unlike "football"?!? :D

I've been at a handball match with 10.000 spectators two weeks ago (Berlin vs Kiel). :)
