Hmmm, I wouldn't think there would be any of these types of bugs on the stable version anyway... but I guess if there is, it's good they're going to clean them up before the steam deck launch.

I love StS.. I'd love to see a great free and open source game similar to it... (not sure I love the premise of this one, but still wouldn't mind seeing it do well)

I remember playing this co-op with my wife on console. Would love to run through it again with her! (especially if there were steam workshop mods etc.. available - I wonder if that will be a thing?)

I'd say they're strongest with a team of fully leveled up medics that can support one another (and fully revive one another). Of course, engineers are also critical, and other classes can have their functions also.
