I remember playing this co-op with my wife on console. Would love to run through it again with her! (especially if there were steam workshop mods etc.. available - I wonder if that will be a thing?)

Quoting: DrakkerUnless they tweaked it over the years, medics are not only strong fighters, they are totally overpowered! Their berserk thing when used by an experienced player made them close to unstoppable.I'd say they're strongest with a team of fully leveled up medics that can support one another (and fully revive one another). Of course, engineers are also critical, and other classes can have their functions also.

This game is an all-time classic. I've sunk many hours into it a couple of different times in my life. I'm afraid to pick it up again to test these updates.

Quoting: HoriI didn't expect case-folding, but whatever. As long as it plays games and it does it well, why should I care? Why not use ChimeraOS [External Link] (formerly GamerOS) now? I've been using it for a couple years after rebuilding my formerly SteamOS box. It works great...
Also... can't wait for SteamOS be available to the public. I want to dual-boot it, even though I already run Arch Linux as my main. I want it separate so that I can use it like a console PC (Steam Machine?) from my couch without the need for any keyboard or mouse (the Steam Controller can already navigate the GRUB menu fully, so that's not an issue), and also without the need to maintain the system and fixing game compatibility issues myself.
Although I can already do something similar-ish with my main OS and Steam's BPM and some scripts, it's far from ideal, and I really don't want it to interfere with the rest of my OS.
Aaaand, the SteamOS 3 UI looks preety damn cool!

Oh, no, just after I was feeling like I was finally wrapping up Slay the Spire (all characters level Ascension 20, and almost all achievements earned), here comes this game.... I foresee once again having all my spare time locked up...

According to the negative reviews on Steam, this is standard procedure - to bring out new premium machines that people will spend pretty good money on, then 'nerf them' a few weeks later, to do it all over again... I don't know how accurate those are, but it tells me I need to stay away from it. I don't have time or money to get involved in that kind of 'game'..
